5/2/2023 - Very thorough and professional. The technician identified failures and potential failures (Fuses, capacitors, etc). His system knowledge was evident when he demonstrated the purpose of components and effectiveness of maintenance. He also went over and beyond to provide quality for the HVAC and related systems even in the rain. These guys are professionals and friendly.

Great job identifying the problem with the heat pump. Mike took pictures of the issue and gave an estimate for repair. Since the system was 20 years old I opted for a new unit. Robert did an excellent job of explaining my options and scheduled me for a next day installation. Nolan and Luis completed the install efficiently and professionally. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful of my property always wearing shoe covers.

Didn’t have the work done. Went with another company. Bell Brothers has haunted me ever since. I’ve requested removal from mailing list but they ignored me. Instead they now send things to my wife. When I call they’re rude. So get an estimate at your own risk unless your okay with endless ads that waste a lot of paper and resources.

Bell Bros technicians were very friendly, responsive and courteous. They performed a tuneup and check on my heating system and also checked my duct and vents, cleaned my air filter and heating system components. They took pictures of each of the components to explain how my system was performing. They were very thorough and explained in great detail their findings. I would highly recommend Bell Bros.

A month ago, our ageing HVAC, in an ageing home, gave up the ghost. Both Heater and A/C needed to be replaced. Been putting this off for far too long. Bell came out and their excellent reps gave it to us straight and we went for it. Big job! All day job! Very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. These guys busted their butts for an entire day. I wouldn't have believed people still worked this hard until I saw it with my own eyes! So we've had an opportunity to run both the furnace and A/C in this seasonal transition. Both are quite impressive. First off, they get to the desired temp very quickly, within minutes. Second, they hold that setting like a rock, very impressive. Had to turn off the A/C yesterday cause the setting was too low and we were freezing. That hasn't happened in years. Bottom line: Just read that consumers are giving out five stars like candy but in this case Bell deserves ten!

Bell Brothers scheduled for same day service, arrived hours early having phoned me to ask if that was okay, then professionally inspected & cleaned my heater at a great price. I then requested that they do the same on my second heater unit; they took care of that as well. Perfect experience.

We had an unexpected 2 for 1 opportunity today. We were scheduled for our heat pump maintenance Check-up. The technician, Brian Garelick did a great job. He was thorough, efficient, and worked quickly. He kept us informed about the results of his inspection and answered questions along the way. Thanks Brian!

We had a slow running bathtub drain. While Brian was here, I called the main Bell Brothers number to schedule a drain clean out and/or inspection. We are maintenance club members and were set up for a same day appointment. As it turned out, as Brian was leaving, Doug Gonzalez, the plumbing technician showed up. (That's quick service.) Interestingly enough, when Doug came to the door, he mentioned that he remembered being at our house for a previous service call. (His memory was better than mine.) Doug inspected and diagnosed the trouble quickly. Within 20 minutes, Doug had gotten his tools, cleared the drain and was all cleaned up. He answered a few of our questions. It was wonderful to have the drain working efficiently again and the work space was very clean. After Doug finished putting his tools away, he came back to the house to get signatures and approve final payment. He said he checked his records and was able to see that he had been at our home in 2020. That's a pretty impressive memory.

I also need to put in a plug for the maintenance program. Because we are members, the heating system inspection was at no charge, we got priority scheduling for the drain clearing and we received a discounted rate on that service. Yes, we do pay a monthly fee, but this was one particular day when that all came together and worked to our advantage.

Thanks Bell Brothers, we appreciate everything that you do. Your employees, from the telephone team to the service technicians are well trained and professional. All people we talked or worked with were positive and energetic. As a big bonus, I usually chat up the technicians when they are at our home. I can't think of a time when they didn't tell me how much they appreciated working for Bell Brothers. Kenny and Jerry, your commitment to your employees shows as much as your commitment to your customers.

I hope I never need them again, but if I do, Bell Brothers will be my first call.

Technician was very knowledgeable, although repair turned out to be more involved than originally thought. He accommodated as best he could, a part had to be ordered and caused a delay in completing project. My only other comment is that the price for repair was very expensive and seemed out of line.
