12 hour day for this guy and he never stopped trying to please us! William is dedicated to providing customers with the best care. It was so hot today, but that didn’t slow him down. He was very thorough and made sure we were happy with every detail of the job. He even set our heater back for the winter.

Today Michael, and everyone we've dealt with in the past, have been very knowledgeable, patient, and focused on the customer. Great listeners and communication skills. So very important when delivering not so good news and their customers' alternatives. Obvious they like what they do and do it well. The end goal: a satisfied customer. Definitely 5 *****

Jesse was a great representative of your company. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and we shared similarities in just our regular banter. He enjoys the Alien movie series as well as Harry Potter! Additionally, he knew the IT part of my thermostat and he helped fix a problem that was almost a year in need of attention. He replaced my filters and gave me updates and suggestions for the future of my duct cleaning. I highly recommend Jesse in all aspects of his role within the company!

I’m very happy to have Service Champions to take care of my house, we have long history together and I have no worries about my Heating & Air conditioning. With their regularly scheduled service/ inspections I have piece of mind, that if anything shows signs of malfunction it will be detected and addressed immediately. Justin was great. He went above and beyond to help. He and his partner came out and showed us everything about our AC system. And he was very honest. In my opinion I would recommended Service champions. Of course do your research but definitely check them out.

Great company. Great employees. Jesse came this morning to do a tune-up and was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and even crawled around up in my attic to figure out why one of my rooms heats up so much more than the rest of the house (some of the ducts are flattened). He even noticed that I had forgotten to take my garbage cans out to the curb this morning for garbage day and took them out for me! He checked every part of my heating and air conditioning systems and went over exactly what could be fixed with them, what needed to be fixed with them and what could be left for later. He made an another appointment to have the ducts repaired next week. All in all, I feel great knowing that this company is taking care of all of the heating and air conditioning issues in my home. I know they will be taking care of quickly, correctly and for a good price.

Logan did an outstanding job with assisting us making a decision on our air and heating units. He explained our options extremely well and described what Service Champions will do based on what we decide. He arranged for an estimate to be done to either repair or replace the units. Service Champions are the best! They installed a high end furnace 8 years ago. I immediately signed up for the VIP program. Over the 8 years they have installed a hot water heater, figured out how to get heat into an adjoining room and in general have provided top notch, qualified, friendly service. This morning’s issue was to make sure that water from these massive storms that has gotten into my basement has not affected my furnace that is in a crawl space under the first floor of my house. Each technician that has been here has performed exemplary service with a smile and sense of humor! Thank you Service Champions! Dependable and awesome!

Tony did a terrific job describing the long-standing problems of our 23-year-old HVAC system and explaining the options available when installing a new system. Tony took the time to answer the many questions we had and helped us come to the best solution for our particular situation without pressuring us in any way. Tony has a great personality and is genuinely enthusiastic about helping people. His help and professionalism was a huge help to us in considering our options and opportunities, and he is, no doubt, a valuable team member at Service Champions.

Tech came right out, on time, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. By far the best service tech I’ve ever encountered. He got our a/c working right away, although we know it’s a very old system and will be lucky if it lasts through this summer. Bottom line, when we need to replace it we will definitely be calling Service Champions!
