Jeff and Bradley were new to our house today and we welcomed them with opened arms (paws). They both did an excellent job and don't mind if either come back if Osai is too busy. Thanks again gentlemen all the tips we talked about will help in the future.

Where do I Begin? Jay Rivera was a very friendly, personable and a sociable individual. His professionalism and candor is beyond anyone, I’ve come across. He explained the process step by step, showed us the many options, and gave his expert opinion on what would benefit our family. Jay is very intelligent, sharp and keen to the problems we were having to our old HVAC system. We decided to go with Service champions because of Jay. Can’t go wrong with a diamond rating!

I’m a VIP member for more than 5 years now and every time they do maintenance on my heater, they pretty much do an excellent job. Knowledgeable technicians and very professional! Kudos to Kyle Mills who pretty much delivered a good maintenance service on my heating system. Keep it up!

Service Champions has been my HVAC company for over 20 years.. The staff is courteous and professional. The technicians are knowledgeable and diligent in their work ethic. Technician addressed my concerns, kept the work area neat and orderly. Wore the proper PPE for the job. Practise safty at all times.

I waited 3 and 1/2 weeks for my air conditioning tune-up appointment. Appointment time was from 2pm-4pm. I started waiting, at my home, by the phone, at 130p. At 3pm, I received a call that the technician was "held up" at another home and would be there "closer to 4". At 420, the technician did not show up. At 435 they said technician was 3 cities away and headed to my house. Which meant arrival time would be 5pm or later. I had no choice but to reschedule. I asked for the rescheduled service to be free because their guarantee is "on time or free". Was told they needed Manager approval to make it free. This company does NOT respect the time of its customers and does not honor its guarantee. Unprofessional!
