In a word: Excellent!

Mike comes highly recommended in quality, pricing, and scheduling. In the heat of July, our A/C suddenly stopped pushing air. We contacted Mike he did a great job at every turn!

1) He was able to get us into his schedule, which was certainly busy during the heatwave - our AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer.

2) He performed an inspection, routine maintenance, and determined the issue quickly. A new motor was required and he recommended not running the system as it could potentially cause additional damage to the overall system.

3) He got the new motor installed and the system up and running the same day that motor came in.

All in all, Mike provided top notch service at a fair price and we completely recommend Mike and Crays Cooling!

Crays Cooling just replaced our entire HVAC system and ducting. They were very professional and worked around our schedule. They even rat proofed our roof since the rats had eaten through our old ducting. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
