Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

I am adding a second visit to the top of this post. Mike came back to install registers, which look great, and to help with setup on the ap for the thermostat. Great visit!!
Mike was a very competent technician. As with all the other technicians we have met on the journey with Service Champions, Mike had excellent communication skills. Mike also came up with some revised solutions to complete a few small items that were dangling from the installation of our HVAC system. We look forward to the completion of those items. The thermostat installation went well. We had some connectivity issues that seemed temporary in nature so we weren't concerned about them while Mike was here on site. When the resolution was not forthcoming we had another technician on Saturday come out who had some skills that were specifically helpful to making everything work. We are very happy with everyone who has been at our property and who has help improve the solution for our new heater and A/C Units.

To to diagnose the problem right away and suggest the best way for us to go. He even offered to change light bulbs, or any other task, if needed. Such a sweet person! I hope he’s my tech every time I need maintenance or servicing.

Tony Valerga showed up on time for our HVAC duct repair estimate. He was pleasant, professional and respectful of our home and our time. Tony completed the inspection, showed photos and answered all the questions. An on the spot estimate showed us what we needed to budget for the project. They have great finance options as well. We have been on their annual HVAC maintenance service for years and find it to be a value for the longevity of our system. The annual membership also came with a discount on this estimate. We plan on getting additional estimates for this work for "due diligence" but Service Champions will get additional consideration due to the service and value we have already received from this company. Lowest cost is not always the best choice if the workmanship is not the same.

We had a problem with our heater and Jesse was able to come out the same day and arrived at the very first minute of our 4hour window. How fantastic is that? He was very thorough and thoughtful. He couldn’t fix the heater due to a necessary part being immediately unavailable, but he got me set up with another appointment the following morning to consider options. We finished the service call with a great conversation about music. Overall a punctual, professional, and pleasant service call by Jesse.

We have never had anything less than a great experience when it comes to Service Champions. The service techs are always professional, friendly and efficient. Kyle was no exception. He was thorough in his maintenance task, and made sure to explain everything he was doing and seeing in the service. And like every technician we have ever dealt with from Service Champions, Kyle was eager to help us with anything else we might need help with around the house. No other company offers that kind of service - and they hire/train their service folks to truly embrace that attitude. Kyle does them proud!

Aiden and his team were outstanding. They were here doing a big job and did a wonderful of protecting our floors while installing the units and upgrading all our duct work. Thank u, Service Champions, didn't know unclean our air was until this afternoon!

Joel came out and gave the HVAC a thorough going over. He cleaned out several years of debris, evaluated multiple components, and made sure all was well. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. Very professional!

Bob was very nice and pleasant person from Service Champions, he was very patient to all our questions and giving us answers. We are happy that you had sent Bob to help us. Thank you Bob!

Technician Eric arrived on time, uniformed and feet covered. Confirmed today's service, asked about issues, etc. Thoroughly inspected entire system inside and out. Shared findings. Noticed that attic insulation needed attention. Helped me schedule free assessment. Very happy customer.
