Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

We have a continuous service contract with SC. They also replaced the 20 y.o. packaged system for us and about to replace another of the similar age.
SC provide great service and service advisors like Bob do a great job evaluating options and offering the best solution.
While SC is not the cheapest option on the market they are trustworthy and reliable.

My Technician today was Alex Orvis, and I have to say, he is an excellent representive for your company.. He explained each thing he was doing, and gave me some information that will be helpful in the future!
Service Champions is always great to work with, and I never have to worry if the work is done well. They are top notch in my book!

Service champions replaced all my ducts and moved the filter from an easy to replace area in the hall to an impossible to replace location in the attic. They placed the box below the joist so the only way to remove the filter is to lift up the entire intake box pull out the filter and drop the box back down. Installing is harder because you have to hold up the box and insulation get dragged into the intake. They were supposed to come out and fix it but several weeks have gone by with multiple calls to customer service with no return calls. So much for their customer care and MVP program. I will post a video of what it is like for their 65 year old customer trying to install a new filter.

Eric came for a yearly inspection. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable and set me up for an appointment for an estimate on a new water heater. He explained that I could get a payment plan @ 0%.

We had new AC installed and new ductwork. All the workmen were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all the insulation “dust’ in all our rooms. Would use again.

Service Champions is a well run company with on-time, cheerful, and knowledgeable staff. Aidan did a great job removing all our old ducts and installing new ones. We couldn’t be happier!
