    I have been doing business with Service Champions for more than 20 years, and they always do a great job for me, not just doing the annual maintenance but also keeping me apprised of repair needs that are likely to crop up in the next year or so due to the age of my unit (19). Their techs always present themselves well and are courteous and efficient. Their tech, Osage Temple, has serviced my unit for the past few years, and I can always count on him to be prompt, polite, efficient, and informative. I also know that he will be straight forward with me and explain things in a way that make sense to me. This is very important to me.

    My new heating system works very nicely now. All new ducts were added to make it more efficient. Anytime, I have had an issue, a Service Champion technician comes out and resolves the problem. I had Joel come out today and he was able to program my phone to the system successfully. Very happy with the company and their response times. Our system passed inspection.

    I seen their advertisement on TV in the evening around 7:45 pm, I reached out to service champions and scheduled a consultation that same night. They sent out Cyrus and he was very professional, he answered all my questions, he was very approachable. He explained everything in detail and even explained why each thing i needed for the tankless waterheater, needed to be done. I had other consultations, but I picked service champions 70% because of everything that Cyrus did and showed me that the company stands for. The quality of the remaining service and product, I'm looking forward to seeing next with the installation.

    Update: I received the installation on 1/25, Jose J was awesome also. He explained everything that he was about to do. He explained why he was going to do it, why it was needed, and what would happen if he didn't do it a certain way.
    After installation he explained to me about the inspection from the city, he explained incase of a earthquake or another emergency what to do with the equipment. Five stars is not enough for the training they both have.

    I will be using service champions again for a new A/C unit next.

    Joel and Darwin did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner compressor. They came early in the arrival window prepared with all the necessary parts and tools. They worked diligently and efficiently, and I now have a working air conditioner. I'm very pleased with their work and with the company work ethic they reflected.

    Our service technician, Kyle was wonderful, cheerful and super helpful. Actually showed up at the beginning of the service window. Found the issue in short order. Most of all he was bilingual.

    Excellent customer service with every employee I had contact with from the phone to the Tech that come to your home.
    They take the time to explain things and even educate you on the ins and outs of your system. Very honest suggestions from both Service Tech to Sales people. I would highly recommend.
