Alex Orvis did a great job tuning up our AC and explaining its current condition. Service Champions is a great company, and we hope to do business with them again in the future.

Tony os Service Champions was very informative, professional and personable. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was thorough in his work.

Both JC and Bryan where awesome, diligent and highly professional. JC not only did the HVAC maintenance service but took the extra time to walk me through the process and show me where there were a few problems and potential improvements I could do. Bryan came to the house to give me an estimate for a House Fan option, he was really patient to show me each option, answered all of my questions to be confident with the decision, stayed extra time to make sure I am ok with the decision and even was able to get me an installation appointment for the next day given that I have family coming over from out of the country and staying with me for a month. All of these experiences and how responsive this company is, factors into my desition to continue choosing Service Champions.

Cyrus went the extra mile to take care of our needs. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand and definitely gave us the best price.

Our technician today was Osag Temple. He did a great job. Osag showed up on time (actually a few minutes early). He was very professional and quite knowledgeable. Our annual service was done in under an hour. He reviewed what he found and offered some recommendations for the future regarding our system. Definitely a 5-star visit.

Justin Starr is a terrific technician. He has maintained my HVAC system for many years. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated and professional as well as a great asset to his company.

Joel came over to adjust the fan speed which sounded like a car wash blower (slight exaggeration). He was friendly and adjusted the speed quickly. I lived in Japan for 15 years where I got used to impeccable service. I have faith again! Thanks Joel and William who followed up!

I have had 2 techs come out from Service Champions and both where very professional and knowledgeable. I love that there Service window is only 1-2 hours versus other companies that are 4 or more hours.
