    I called SC to check my air conditioning. The technician was very polite and respectful, unfortunately he didn't do much for my $100 inspection fee. He did not leak check the system, instead he told me he was 99% sure the AC coil was leaking. He said the fee for leak checking was $500 (250 for die, 250 to inject die). You would think he would check and verify the leak considering his service was to "diagnose AC system". Simply put, his focus was on taking pictures of my system and dazzling me with MVP purchases and purchasing a new system. He told me to "take the 4 or 5 thousand dollars it would take to fix the coil towards a new system". There was zero focus on diagnosing the problem. My system is 13 years old and works great with full refrigerant. How about focusing on the leak and giving me an estimate to fix it. Instead of giving me an estimate to fix the problem, I needed to make yet another appointment to meet with someone else to go over my options. If I were to offer objective input, I would tell SC to focus on the problem and not spend so much time trying to dazzle me with MVP options, pictures of my attic, and replacing my entire system when one component is faulty. They focus far too much on fluff and dazzle rather than fixing problems.

    We’ve had service champion proving hvac service for our home for over 5 years. They have always done a thorough and professional job. Their sales team is never pushy and only make recommendations on what we need. In the beginning of July 2023, we’ve had a couple warm days and our AC/nest thermostat somehow lost power. We were able to secure an appointment and our technician was at our front door within 24 hours. In this instance, our Technician was able to quickly identify the problem and fixed it within about 5 minutes. Since we’ve just completed our annual checkup, the quick fix was conducted with no charge! Great job!

    Matt was very professional and walked me through all the troubleshooting he was doing to get the AC working. He installed a thermostat and it the AC still wasn’t turning on. He said he would go to the shop to grab a different one and would be back quickly. It took maybe 30 minutes and he was back with a new thermostat. He got the AC up and running just in time for summer. I was recommended to this company and would support recommending the them to anyone I know. Great service and work by their technician named Matt.

    Chris came down to our house and did a great job in diagnosing the ac problem and repaired the wires. The air condition is back to work now. He is very patient and he crawled underneath our house several time to check the problem and fix the problems eventually! Really appreciate his job! This company provided very good service!

    Cesar Plascensia was amazing. He called and asked if he could show up early and arrived when he said he would. Amazing! Took his time doing my AC tune-up and explained everything he was going to do and how long it was going to take.

    When he was done doing everything he said he was going to do, explained the couple of repairs he recommended and what the consequences could be if I waited vs. taking care of it.

    I will 100% be having him and this company back to my house to do future repairs and maintenance.

    Service Champions lives up to their name. They were extremely easy to work through, and they are quick to install equipment once locked in. Tim was the one who performed the on site inspection. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and was helpful informing about all the different choices. If Tim is a reflection of the rest of Service Champions, I can’t imagine going with anyone else. Great work Tim and the rest of Service Champions’ team!

    Called Service Champions of San Jose to fix my A/C that had gone out at the peak of our recent pre July 4 holiday. They were not able to schedule me right away so unfortunately I had to suffer in heat fir a couple days before our confirmed appointment.

    Now, I was scheduled for a window between 2pm and 4pm. Unfortunately no one showed up and when I called they noticed an update to my time was rescheduled to arrive instead by 5:30pm later that same day. I wasn't provided this update. This is the only real negative thing I have to say about Service Champions.

    Our technicians Dakota and Rick were both very professional and courteous. Very thorough job in not only fixing our A/C (which was the capacitoras I figured) but also checking all other factors to ensure there was no other issues.

    Service Champions are a bit on the more expensive side but I was very pleased with the overall work done and the total professional attention to details. They answered all my questions and were really great people in general.

    Service Champions informed me by text and e-mail, that their service technician, Mr. Ryan Bodoy, was on his way to my place. Ryan was on time, very professional and serviced the air conditioning unit, inspected the recently installed furnace for the a/c unit. In addition, Ryan also inspected the water heater for sediment accumulation, corrosion etc., tested the tap water for pH and potable water acceptability. I am very pleased with his professionalism and yet cordial conduct of the business.

    Anthony Gonzales was the first of many maintenance service technicians sent by Service Champion who realized while checking our attic the the light up there must be controlled by a switch and not that the light there is broken; boy! That was a tremendous asset! The other service techs recommended that we get an electrician to repair it!

    Anthony was helpful and clean up where he should like the filter of the heater and the outside vents. He also did other things that we needed help with, like covering a hole on the wall of the house where water pipe goes through. When he realized we were having issue with indoor air quality he recommended us the newest technology called Air Scrubbers and also the surge defense!

    He is the service tech everyone should pick!

    Richard provided us an awesome service. He explained well about what is going on with our air conditioning system and which option we should go with. He was really kind and honest. I completely trust this guy. I will definitely call them again for another service when we need.
