Luis and his collegue Jorge did an awesome job fixing our ac unit. The condensation pump wasn't working properly and he was able to determine the root cause and fix it within 2 hours. Luis was very professional, kind and was very detailed about the services that was provided. Because majority of the work was done in the attic, he was able to provide us with before and after pictures, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend!

The team from Pacific Coast, featuring especially Chris and Cesar, did a great job start to finish putting in a hybrid heat pump for heat and AC. It's great for the environment and we are hoping to be done with exorbitant winter gas bills. This was a complicated job and there were several significant challenges Chris and Cesar had to overcome. Their creativity and persistence kept it moving so the job would finish on time. We also got a cool new Nest Learning Thermostat, which has been a lot of fun to figure out. Throughout the work, Chris and Cesar were pleasant, patient, professional, and all-around good to work with. Thanks guys!

I recently had Pacific Coast Home Services install my new A/C system and repair the ductwork, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Out of all the companies I contacted, I chose them because of their amazing comfort advisor, Rafael. He really took the time to understand my A/C and airflow issues on the second floor, which no other company did. Even though they had a slightly higher price, I decided to go with them. And I'm so glad I did! The installation and repair went smoothly, and the technicians were thorough and professional. Now, after 20 years of struggling with poor airflow, I can finally feel cool air on the second floor. I can't thank Pacific Coast Home Services enough for their outstanding service and genuine care. If you need A/C installation and ductwork repair, don't hesitate to choose them. They truly deliver exceptional results and have made my home a comfortable haven. Thank you!

Excessive charges! I am updating this review because when I went back to their website I saw that my review was edited. That edit is a misrepresentation of my experience. This was a very costly plumbing repair for a relatively minor job. Charged $900+ for a diagnostic while the leak was readily apparent. This was in addition to the actual cost of the fix. I couldn't help but feel that this company took advantage of my crisis. They say they care about my bad experience, but the edit of my review suggests something different. It's been a very unpleasant, costly experience.

Jeremy did great work! He arrived on time & was very helpful throughout the whole process. He gave a thorough analysis and laid out our options clear & concisely. The best part is his friendliness & laugh! We signed up for him to do work at our house over the course of the next year. We feel great about that choice.

Ernesto from Pacific Coast Home Services installed our new water heater. He was professional and efficient, working hard to get everything done in only a few hours. He has excellent knowledge of suppliers, and was able to find a unit in our area, which saved more time. He even fixed some issues from the previous installation, such as a drain pipe that was routed incorrectly. We are very happy with our new water heater installation, which looks and works great!

Had an environmental emergency. Wind took down power lines and in the process, destroyed my home electrical panel. Called Pacific Coast after finding them. They responded promptly, we’re courteous and understanding once on scene. Kept me advised and updated on status while we were waiting for the part to are. Neighbors used them as well. Very professional and straightforward. Would definitely recommend this company!
