I work at a dog daycare and we had an unexpected problem with the AC deciding to stop functioning. Given that we work with animals, I only had a couple days to fix the problem. Everyone at Brody was so helpful and understanding of my situation! I just had a technician, Shawn F., come to our location to fix the air conditioning to save our summer season. Shawn was very helpful and walked me through the problems so I could understand. He came and went within 1.5 hours - very efficient and swift process. I most definitely will be continuing to use their services for their swiftness & the incredible customer service of their technicians. Thank you Shawn!!

I scheduled the service appointment and the guys were right on time. My service technicians were Jaime B. And Giovanny Q and they could not have been more pleasant and professional. They did a great job! I highly recommend Brody Pennell and their team!

I highly recommend Brody Pennell. We’ve used them twice and had exceptional service on both occasions. I want to single out Daniel for the outstanding service he gave today. He’s very professional and warm. His knowledge and communication is A+. He cares about the homeowner. I felt like he was a family friend going the extra mile. Daniel took excellent pictures of my system so he can, thoroughly, educate me and my wife so we can make educated decisions on how to proceed.

We just used Brody Pennell to perform routine maintenance on our AC system. This is our second time using the company, and on this visit the technicians were Jaime and Armando. They both were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, informative, and friendly. They carefully explained what they did and why, provided us with before/after photos, and took the time to answer all our questions. Great to work with and highly recommended. Also, communication with the office staff was very easy and their customer service continues to be impressive.

I called these guys at 10:30pm on the July 4th holiday weekend and they got a guy out here by 8am the next day. Juan Molina, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. They were able to schedule replacement of our unit for the very next day. I highly recommend them!!

Benny was lovely. He explained everything he was doing and how all parts of my system worked. I don’t think any repair person has ever done that before.
I came to Brody and Pennell after being really disappointed with more than one experience with Rusher air and using a 24 hour service in a pinch that screwed me.
They were very friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I got an appointment the next day.
The two times I called I spoke to individuals in the United States who I could understand. People picked up the phone both times. They have a 24 hr answering service for emergencies. My experience so far has been quite good compared to other companies.

I think these days it’s hard to find honest people and companies when it comes to any kind of appliance repair or construction.
