Marco was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and showed me in detail what was wrong with my AC system. He was available for a phone call after and helped arrange an appointment for a new system. Mine was over 20 years old.

Brody Pennell is the best! Fabio worked with me to figure out a solution that worked for me at a reasonable price. He had a crew out the next day who provided excellent service. Sal, Enrique, Tony, Pasqual and Wilson were all great- friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you guys!

We recently experienced a broken A/C unit that is less than 3 years old and immediately called around for help. Brody was the only company available to come out on the same day, despite it being the 4th of July holiday weekend. The technician, Marco Ayala, promptly arrived and expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We also wanted to explore the possibility of purchasing a new A/C unit, so Ashton Krahenbuhl visited our house. Ashton provided us with excellent advice and valuable information. Both Marco and Ashton patiently explained the technicalities in layman's terms, which we deeply appreciated. We were thrilled to have them both and would gladly welcome them into our home again. Additionally, we have joined the Brody Comfort Club and are happy to be a part of it!

We've used Brody Pennell for many years, including twice a year HVAC system maintenance, repairs, and installing a new AC unit and furnace in the past couple years. The service has always been great. Our current tech is Octavio, who performs the periodic maintenance. He is incredibly thorough and detailed, and really takes the time to explain everything he comes across, as well as really being detailed in his work and taking the time to do a great job. He's definitely a credit to the company, and we'll continue to request him for future maintenance and repairs.

Brody sets the bar for excellent service. They sent Jeff and Nicholas to fix an error code that was displaying. Turned out to be a burned out circuit board. At first we initially thought the part was discontinued, so I was pretty nervous about having to replace the entire system. But Brody also sent Brian who made some phone calls and they were able to find the part. Talk about above and beyond. Jeff and Nick were very friendly and professional, who even stayed quiet during the job while my toddler was napping. The customer service reps on the phone (believe it was Selina and Michelle) also have been extremely helpful in accommodating all of my requests and needs. I’ve been dealing with rude and subpar service techs lately, so this was a very welcome experience. 5 stars, would recommend.

We just had are biannual service from Brody Pennell, and Marcelo Avila really did a great job taking care of us! The appointment was on time, and Marcelo went the extra mile when he found a problem with our ductwork. We have been using Brody Pennell since the replaced our system in 2016, and will happily continue with them for our regular service.

Juan Molina is a great service technician. He showed up promptly this morning and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He showed me photos of the problem areas and the associated costs and risks of fixing/not fixing any issues. Would highly recommend!

We recently bought a home and Cesar F did an excellent job inspecting our new system for issues. He was highly knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Even when it was clear one of our units would be difficult to reach, Cesar figured out how to access it and gave it a thorough inspection. I plan to continue to work with Brody Pennell and Cesar for my HVAC maintenance and repairs.

These guys are the best! Octavio and James did a phenomenal job. The best I have seen yet from an HVAC company and they solved a difficult problem. Would highly recommend!
