This was my first time dealing with Brody Pennell. The technician was Octavio Delgado and he did a fantastic job of cleaning up my central heater up in the attic. He showed me that the air filter needed to be replaced and even went out of his way to clean not only the heater, but he vacuumed out all the dirt/dust that had accumulated around the vent. The difference was like night and day. Whereas the system used to run all day and barely heated up the house, I could now immediately feel the heat coming through the air vents. Very professional and did a great job. I also signed up for the maintenance plan as it comes with replacement filters too! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Juan Molina performed a thorough diagnostics and inspection of our furnace/AC system.

He discovered that the furnace is leaking carbon monoxide when turned on!

Also, a circuit modulating the system is blown and needs replacement.

He called his supervisor Ashton Krahenbuhl who was able to come over promptly.

Both clearly explained the issues and suggested sensible options.

We highly recommend this company and our technician, Ivan.
We scheduled appointment at 7am for 8-10am slot on the same day. We received a text saying that Ivan was on his way around 8am and he came at 8:30am. He was very knowledgeable and found the issue with the heater right away, fixed it pretty fast.
After the repair, he sent us all the pictures to show what he fixed.
He was so polite and easy to work with.
We were so impressed by the service!

Jeff, our maintenance guy, was great. He was on time, used shoe covers and was polite, informative about the processes he was performing. I only started using this company last year and would highly recommend then for their professionalism. They communicate well and the service techs they use have be very good.
