We have been using Brody Pennell for over 5 years for our HVAC system maintenance. They are wonderful. All technicians are professional and knowledgeable and always on-time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We requested a service call at approximately 8am and Cesar was at our place of business by the early afternoon. He didn't require much guidance, simply asked for the thermostat location and took care of the rest. He was very polite and professional which made us feel confident that the issue would be taken care of quickly. He found our filters in our storage room on his way up to our unit and got us going quickly; we had heat again within 45 minutes of his arrival time. Then advised us to service our units regularly which we hadn't been doing. All around great kid, he did a great job.

My mom called me after she got off the phone with Brody Pennell to tell me they were nice, professional and attentive. She said she spoke with Michelle and she was one of the nicest representatives she has spoken to in a while. I don't leave reviews, but the fact that Michelle was nice to my mom made my day and hers. Not a lot of companies care about customer service anymore.

Emmith came out the same day I called, he was super helpful and showed me pictures of everything. Very professional and honest. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program to keep on top of my A/C and Heat.
