Juan Molina showed up on time, did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem and offered a couple of different options to resolve it. He was professional, superbly competent, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to call Brody Pennell again.

Very poor communication. One of the worst vendors that I have worked with in terms of communication and value. Needed to have a city permitted replacement of a 1 ton ductless system. I have been expected to wait 8 hours for someone to show and not communicated when times or dates were cancelled on more than one occasion. The installation took longer than communicated but the communication about the need for more time didn't happen. The poor communication has cost me a couple thousand more than the job itself. expectation of complete payment before permit sign off from the city and certification of the job is also not welcome. I absolutely won't use them for additional jobs.
When calling, the people are nice and mostly responsive but the management of the work is the worst.

Edit: The owner, Lawrence, called me to work on what went wrong and make improvements in the process for clients generally. He was kind enough to extend a discount for the trouble that I experienced. Mistakes happen, how you handle them illustrates your character. I've upgraded my rating from 1 to 3. The job still isn't complete due to inspection delays. Communication has improved.

Ken Shannon, our comfort consultant was on time, professional, helpful and very informational and honest! Ken did a wonderful job explaining the process and logistics of choosing the right system and how installation day would go. Definitely recommend.

Rene came by and helped diagnose the problem with my heater that I’ve been having for months since a different company installed it. He was honest with me about the pricing and told me the best and cheapest course of action to take, and it was super refreshing to hear! He is a consummate professional and explained everything clearly in laymen’s terms so that I felt part of the process, but also taken care of. Thank you Rene!

My technician, Marco was very thorough with the inspection inside and outside. I appreciate that he took time to explain what he was doing and about how my system is functioning per the inspection. I feel he is very honest.
