10/10 service from Brody Pennell - and more specifically from Jeffery. O! I had several ongoing problems with my heating system for many frustrating weeks - I had over 5 different people coming over, quoting outrageous prices and all being unable to solve the problem. Jeffery was amazing - personable, kind, and patiently explaining everything to me with his 10 years of experience. He fixed it in 30 minutes and was upfront, honest and every efficient. I will definitely be requesting him in the future and recommending him & Brody Pennell to friends. Thank you Jeffery!!

I had an issue with my air conditioning. Juan Romo came to my home and repaired my A/C. He was very professional and very helpful. I appreciate his help and his willingness to answer the questions I had. I am on a busy schedule so I like that he showed up on time.

Called about a broken HVAC and they were able to come same day for the repair. Cesar and Marcelo were professional and easy to work with and did a fantastic job with the repair.
