I have had a top notch experience with this company for many years for heating and air maintenance. I have had senior technician René on more than one occasion and he is so knowledgeable, professional and has the most wonderful demeanor. It’s a pleasure to have him in my home. It’s so nice to have service repair people that you can actually count on and trust.

The phone operator was friendly with good follow up texts and emails on our service appointment.

The technicians, Juan Rincon and Ivan, were on time, professional and organized. They diagnosed the problem (a bad igniter), and were very clear on what had been checked and tested.

Fingers crossed that the parts will be here quickly!

I had the mini-split heat-pump system installed a year ago by Brody Pennell. I had some pretty big problems with the salesperson, but the people who installed the system were great. And the system itself works very well. So a year later, I took up their recommendation to have the system serviced but I was reluctant because of our previous problems. But, I am happy to say that I was very happy with Daniel B. from Brody Pennell who came and serviced the system. He was polite, professional, and personable. He made the service very easy and gave me helpful tips to keep the system running well. I was so happy with his service that I signed up for the maintenance contract. I hope that he continues providing service calls and we get to use him again!

Juan Molina came by to inspect the heating system on our new house because we had moist air being produced upon turning on the heater. They told me he would be here between 12-4pm, and Juan was here 12 on the dot! He was meticulous in taking photos of everything in our attic to show me what was going on along with his recommendations going forward. Definitely will be using these guys again!

May 31, 2023 service Juan Carbajal is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our condenser is getting old so we got a new one, very fast. 2022 Rene is very professional, friendly, and fast. I also greatly appreciate the fact that he arrived in time.

Marco performed a service on my HVAC, he was on time, professional and communicative. My system is older and on its last leg so he was able to talk me through the options and facilitate both a repair and replacement quote.

Rene, my Technician, was very professional. He gave my Payne system a through inspection, changed my filter, showed me live video of the condition of my system. Even educated me on the quality & caliber of the system I have. Which I truly appreciated. I’m sold this is a top quality business. Signed a yearly contract and my tune ups will be scheduled. Very happy and will be asking for Rene when my appointments come up!
