Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning

Juan Molina was the technician who was assigned by Brody Pennell Heating and Air Conditioning to inspect, diagnose, and recommend care for my HVAC system. He was prompt, totally professional, very knowledgeable with 15 years experience with the company. He took sufficient time in my attic and on the roof to explain all safety issues and system requirements. I have an older system, and I have signed up for future work. I highly recommend both the company and Mr. Molina.

Juan completed the regularly scheduled service on my sister’s home. He was very thorough and careful. The place was as clean and tidy after as it was before he came. He was very careful to communicate successfully with my sister as she is hard of hearing. Juan did an excellent job!

Daniel B was very patient with all my questions, was fast and proficient while performing the service, and has a great personality for this job. A model salesperson too - he sold me on the maintenance package after my repair was completed. Will request him every time!

Able the technician was amazing he was so nice so polite explain everything exactly how it shud be explained. He also came on time an even wore booties so he didn’t dirty up my floors, I really appreciated his time patience an just so friendly, I recommend him 10 outta 10 very professional thank u again ABLE.

This review is specific to the HVAC maintenance repair completed this spring. I setup the appoint and received confirmation and a reminder the day before. Once the technician was assigned, I received additional communication that they were on their way.

Jose C. arrived and was prompt, courteous and professional. He chatted with us first to talk through what he was going to do, got a lay of the land and then went to work. He took time once he was completed to share his findings, the work he did and discuss next steps. He captured photos of the before and after and documented his work well.

He also took the time to call dispatch/office to clarify some confusion, which was great. All in all, great experience from start to finish.

Cesar was very helpful. He explained everything as he went along. We hadn’t had a service appointment in awhile. He was patient as I took notes!

Extremely thankful for our technician Abel, he was very helpful and professional. We were not aware of all the issues we had with our heat system. After diagnosing and confirming how to move forward with the process, Abel made it very quick and easy. Provided us with multiple options on how to move forward. Respectfully, I didn’t know someone like Abel could be so passionate about what he does, but he made it clear he takes his job seriously and that the customer always comes first. Our system works better than ever. I sure wish he could accept tips. If you ever run across ac/heater issues in the future, and you will, please get in contact with Brody and request Abel.
