I Avail their promo of $189 which include “all ducts” when they went to my house. Only the main duct was vacuumed. They said that’s the only one matters. I Didn’t even think they clean the dryer vent.

Plus the technician was trying to offer/hustle me $1200 for cleaning all the vents and spraying disinfecting. Mentioned to him I had another house that will be serviced that day. Price went down to $800. Technician tried convincing and sounded very disappointed when I declined multiple times.

Ended up canceling service for my other house. Wasted money. Should have went to other duct cleaning company.
