The company’s response time to fixing the problem was amazing. The technician was very helpful. He was clear in his explanation of what was the problem. He was also very courteous.
Amazing customer service. Mike Pacheco was on time, informative, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Would definitely use South Placer Heating and Air again and recommend Mike as the tech.
If I could give ZERO stars I would this guy are only in the business to ROB YOU!! They tried charging me $1053.00 for just as HERS TESTING THAT ONLY COST $350 through AMH AND AC GIRL HERS TESTING SOOOOOOO WHO ARE THEY USING ? THEY LIE CHEAT AND STEAL DO NOT use THEM WHATEVER YOU DO!!!
YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY WILL SEND THEM OUT BUT DO NOT USE THEM!!! CASH OUT AND RUN THEY SENT A GUY WHO DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!! Then tried to convince me he did yet asked me to send him pictures that he forgot to take!!!
UPDATE: THE SERVICE WAS CANCELED AND WE WERE STILL CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY WORK BEING DONE.
The most unprofessional company. All we wanted was for our warranty to be fixed yet they wanted 1900$ for extra work. Took 2 months after promising and earlier date to get to us. We had signed all paperwork to order the part and they said they never got it taking double the time promised.Technician lied and said only the warrantied work would be done yet still wanted to charge us 1900$ for "extra" work. The paperwork we signed was an estimate and when we only wanted warranty work they pulled off the job. The lady's in the office are rude and will scream over you good luck with this awful company. Shanon in the main office is the biggest liar. Lied to my mom, dad, and I now about the "estimate". Our ac died during the hot months and we have a young child. It was 90 degrees in the house and they said they would get to us in a couple weeks. Took a month and a half and them messing up and not ordering a part we had authorized and signed for. BEWARE OF RIPOFF AND LIES!!!
Have had 3 service people out and each one has had a different diagnosis of the problem and after 4 weeks we still have no resolution to the problem. Temperature here is 36 degrees today and expecting snow on Monday! Definitely would not recommend them for any service!!!
Have now been told I have to pay $1700 in permit costs for a part replacement! I called the county and was told no permits are required for part replacement! This company is scamming all of us!!

The communication was very good about letting us know when the technician was on the way. Our technician, Linnell, did a great job, and he had our AC back up and running within a half hour!!! We went through our home warranty company, and we were very satisfied with the referral!!! Thanks again, Linnell!!!
I had a gentleman come out and his name is Austin. He went over and beyond to get my AC up and running. He could have easily kicked the bucket down the road to someone else like an electrician but he chose to spend a little bit more time and did a great job. I'm not sure if you're going to get Austin if you get someone to come out but if he's any reflection of this company they deserve a five-star rating from me. Thanks Austin.
I have an intermittent heating and A/C issue within a single roof top unit. Austin came out again and gave it his best and possibly concluded that the entire unit may need to be replaced. More my opinion than his but I cannot keep asking them to come out when it is not working. I have American Home Shield and I suggested we replace the unit rather than come back again for something that AHS is just trying to band-aid the repair when a repair is not going to solve the issue. Austin went further into the system and picked up some cracks in the heating elements. Similar to a radiator with cracks but inside the unit. Regardless, I am going to see if AHS will replace it and if they do, they should replace the entire unit. We will see. I will update this post to tell you if these home warranties are worth it. One thing I am dam sure of is that this company goes further than others that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them, whether for a warranty or just a repair. There goal is great customer service, in which I receive any time with this company.

I had this company assigned by the warranty company and they were scheduled to install a induction exhaust fan in my heater unit. I scheduled them for 11/9 and they were supposed to be here between 8am to 2 pm. At 1:30 I called to find out where the tech was and found out he did not show up for work today and nobody notified me that the work would not be done. They did not even contact me to reschedule the appointment. This is very poor business practice and if it wasn't for the warranty company I would never use this business ever again.
