had a technician sent to my house thru my warranty company. far from thorough didn't even take out a tool looked at it said it was a leak. the report made to the insurance company was missing key details. long story short my compressor was grounded tripping the breaker the instant it turned on.
Endangered our family by not installing the heat exchange on our furnace correctly. 2 months without a heater and just had our 6th appointment for them to fix it and they left without it being fixed. Hoping appointment 7 will work out. Late to 2 6-hour time frame appointments. Late to a 2-hour time frame appointment. Don't waste your money
I had a central heating and air blower motor issue where the blower would not blow air all the time in my air conditioning this fall to cool the house. They came out AFTER waiting 2.5 weeks for them to come. They replaced a motherboard. The next day the blower was still not coming on. I called to have them come back to fix it. I had to wait 2 more weeks! By this time this was effecting my heater not blowing hot air because the seasons changed before they fixed my issue. They came back and replaced a filter and cleaned the blower unit and said they had to order a part and would reschedule to come back and replace it. I waited 2 weeks and no contact . I called and they said the work order was closed. Had no record of a part the tech said was on order and I would have to pay 3rd diagnosis and service fee for them to come back and do it again. Safe to say I declined and called a new company to come and properly diagnose and fix my blower unit. Do not use this company they will charge you and not fix your concern.
American Home Shield contracted this company. They were on time, however the failed to properly seal the unit after installation so as a result water from heavy rain came into my hallway. Called them early but had to INSIST they return that morning. I was really upset because as they were working they were VAPING on my roof. Then they made a hole in my garage I have yet to get results and it fixed. They did send 2 men out but they were CLUELESS as to why they there. This was in December. Several phone calls were made and continues to be made to come repair my garage ceiling. The workers were not clean in their uniforms. It has been a mess trying to get my garage ceiling repaired. Update: yesterday my HVAC system finally passed inspection this took almost 5 months. I would not recommend this company. My hole in my garage finally got fixed also.
The technician Mike was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable. He really listened to my concern and did not rush me and did a thorough inspection of the system. Thanks Mike :)

I had a new unit costing 13,000.00 installed May 2022. Twice the county has inspected with extensive repairs required to meet code. County inspector informed me they are basic code infractions. This was in October 2022. Fast forward- no calls to fix the issues, no return calls from the company after Next step is to call the Contractor's Board.numerous voice messages left. You cannot get any live person on the phone.
