    To say they are incompetent would be too much praise. My home warranty uses these guys. Came out to diagnose and fix compressor issue. It was determined that the compressor failed. I had to wait almost 4 weeks and two heat waves for them to come back to install new compressor. The installer could not make the compressor work and actually made things worse. Another tech came out and determined it was a breaker issue. While in the middle of a hest wave I waited for a third tech to come out and check the breaker. The third teck was never scheduled and my home warranty had to force the issue. The third tech determined that the previous two techs were incompetent. The installer wired the compressor backwards and blew it. The second tech misdiagnosed the first techs screw up. I was told by the third tech it would be probably another 3 weeks again in the middle of a heat wave. I am firing these people and not allowing them on my property and having my home warranty find someone else. Do not ever use these people they do not know what they are talking about.

    Mike was very prompt and professional. They explained exactly why I wasn’t getting heat in my room (duct issue) he also explained that I was using the wrong size filter (oops) and advised when it should be replaced (very important to flow of heat/air). The repair was completed, and they made sure all rooms were good before leaving. Highly recommend.

    This companly pulled a no call no show to an appointment that was scheduled. They then sent an email 30 minutes after their arrival window saying someone was on their way, still no one showed up. This is the second time I have had issues with this company, I also have a property manager for one of my properties that says they have had nothing but trouble with this company as well. I would not reccomend doing business with them.

    I filed a home warranty claim with American home Shield and. was assigned this company to repair my AC. My AC literally did not Blow any cold air out in the middle of summer and my house was 90゚ inside. After a lengthy scheduling process this company finally came out to evaluate my unit only to tell me that I needed a new thermostat.... Turns out that wasn't the case and I could not reconnect with the Company to come back out and fix the issue Through the warranty as they were supposed to the 1st time .

    Turns out I had at least 6 different things not working on my unit and Needed the whole unit Replacement.. This company wanted a quick fix and pay out from the home warranty without having to do any work. They've never answered my call.. Or even called back.

    Zero stars. Avoid at all costs And avoid american home shield

    This company was really great to work with! They did give me a huge window of service 8-2pm, however, they were able to accommodate me by calling ahead and letting me know where I was in their work que. The agent called when they were 30 mins out just for good measure. They were professional and worked very quickly to fix the problem. I would recommend their service!

    My husband and I had this company install a new AC/Heating unit in September of 2022. The unit did not pass the county inspection and was referred back to the company to have some edits made to the installation. 6 months later and I am still trying to get this company to install the unit correctly. I have been calling and emailing weekly for months. I get an email response back that states they will be having someone call me within a couple of days, but nothing. I cannot recommend this company and I will never use this company again. I am in the process of contacting an attorney and I filed a complaint with the BBB.

    They were referred by my home warranty American Home shield. They showed up for the service call and advised we needed all new ductwork under the house and filed their report to AHS
    Since an animal ate the ductwork it was not covered and the report showed they could replace everything for $7,200
    I called and called and called them but nobody ever called me back. THEY ARE THE WORST!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Hopefully AHS will remove them as a vendor. So disappointing!!!

    Kevin is the man! Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Our AC stopped working. With our special needs child, AC is needed for his wellbeing. Kevin fit us into his busy schedule, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. Definitely we will use this company again.

    Home Warranty referred me and we made an appointment for between 12-6 because they did not give morning appointments to customers outside the Sacramento area. They never showed up or call to let me know they were not coming.

    Home Warranty ended up assigning me a different company.

    Their service is unequaled. Technician Kevin went beyond the call if duty. Consultant Scott was extremely professional and knowledgeable. These folks are the good old customer service breed that now longer exists. Do yourself a favor. If you need repair ir new system give them a call first. You will see what I mean.
