Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning

I had an outage in my A/C unit and it was very hot outside like over 108 degrees and hotter inside the house. It was a Sunday afternoon witch is very hard to get someone to fixed your A/C unit. Kendrick's was very responsive and professional. They came out and fixed my A/C within a couple of hours. I just recently have Kendrick services. my annual A/C tune up was due and they came out and did a fantastic job. The Tech was very professional on time and accurate. I will recommend Kendrick Heating and Air to Everyone that ask me about a good A/C company. Jordan is by far the best in the A/C business regarding Service, Price, quality and Reliable. I will not have any other company work on my A/C unit them Kendrick Heating and Air.

We have used Kendrick for a couple years now and they have always been great to work with. After a recent regularly scheduled maintenance revealed some issues with our aging HVAC system, we decided to upgrade to a new system. Mike, the technician who identified the issues with our system, was very honest about future repair costs and we would not have been able to make an informed decision without him.

We scheduled several companies to come out and give us quotes after we decided to upgrade. Jordan came out from Kendrick, we decided to go with them to install a new heat pump. What really made the difference for us was the time Jordan took to go over the quotes and discuss the benefits of each option based on our household current and future needs.

The new system was just installed (in only a day) and it is working beautifully. Kendrick really cares about delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough.

When my old AC quit, I had Kendrick’s install a new heat pump. I was very impressed with their work and attention to detail. We reached out to Kendrick for some changes we wanted made to the zones in the HVAC system. Jordon was so helpful and not only provided a quote for what we asked for but also educated us about what a heating pump is and the benefits to moving to that at some point. He included a quote for that as well. He is professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. We found his knowledge and service to be exceptional. Working w/Cristina on the customer support side in setting up the appointment and rescheduling was also exceptional. Very glad to find Kendrick and look forward to doing business w/them. Once again Kendricks comes through with flying colors!!!! They have saved us on several occasions but this time was defiantly needed. Our air conditioner in the attic started leaking water last night and when we woke this morning we had water literally leaking from our ceiling in our entry way onto the floor!! I called Kendricks in a panic and as always Christine was on top of it and managed to get Jordan (who was off today) to come out to my home in Folsom and take a look at my problem. Jordan was able to fix it within an hour and we are now back in working order. We will need some sheet rock repair but in 90+ weather having our air conditioner working is more then I could have asked for!!! Thanks to everyone at Kendricks you are the best at what you do and your customer service is A1!!!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Kendrick H&A. Our thermostat was not working and when Jordan came out he found a popped fuse due to a bad contactor. He replaced the contactor and fuse, and we were cooling within minutes. I recommend Kendrick H&A - they are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fast!

Jordan saved my a**! Was in a dispute with the most horrible HVAC company, Allright Mechanical who installed the unit wrong and tried 5 separate occasions to fix it with 6 different technicians. Including a rep from Coleman. Jordan came in and found the issue in TWO hours! Christina was also very responsive and helpful. You can't ask for a better company. Hands down barn none the best customer service and capable outfit in all the land!
