Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning

I would highly recommend Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning. We have been working with this company to service our air conditioner and heater for several years and have been extremely satisfied each and every time. When we've needed a service or maintenance to be completed we've been able to schedule appointments within a very reasonable amount of time from our initial phone call. They show up on time, are conscientious about covering their shoes when walking inside our home, and they were transparent about everything that needed to be done immediately, could be put off until later, and what the price would be prior to doing anything to our system. For two years in a row, we have not needed anything additional outside of the maintenance service. We have purchased and will continue to have their maintenance package and are thrilled that we will have them service our furnace and A/C in the future.

I really enjoyed working with Jordan Kendrick and appreciated his unusual thoroughness. Most guys just wave something around then charge you $150. Jordan evaluated our cooling system and made thoughtful, accurate suggestions. I highly recommend working with Kendrick H&AC. Update: it's one year later and we are talking about installing a new system. Jordan continues to be wonderful to work with and gives us all our options very clearly, with no pressure, but with a lot of detail so we can understand. I continue to strongly recommend these guys.

Good phone communication; arrived on time; immediately diagnosed the problem; didn't have parts but arrived next business day with the parts; we also had another problem with circuit breaker and one of their technicians was in the area and fixed that problem as well. We highly recommend this company.

Kendrick fixed a problem that the original installer (Deal Mechanical) could not figure out for more than 3 years and 6 visits. They are prompt, kind, and really good at what they do. I have functioning AC for the first time in years!

I have never had such amazing service. Our ductless air was not working as well as when we bought it and they came out and discovered the filters were dirty which was causing the air to not blow as hard. They cleaned all of the filters and did not charge us - not even a trip charge. This was a very pleasant surprise.not only were they great when they installed the two air conditioning units but even better almost a year later. Would recommend them highly especially in a time where you can’t even get service workers for call you back.

Jordan did a great job diagnosing our cooling issue. He was very thorough, explained what he found, replaced the needed capacitor and we were back up and running. Jerry and Jordan were recommended to me by a friend who had used their services. I am grateful to my friend. Our AC and Heating system was way undersized for our 2 story home. Our old system literally took 3 hours to heat our home every day. Needless to say, we did not keep our home very warm.
We finally decided to upgrade our HVAC system to meet our needs and fit our size of home. These guys did not put in a cookie cutter system but rather analyzed our home and determined what would work best for us and within our budget.
