Our HVAC system decided it was time to retire. Of course it’s during the hottest time of summer. I called Kendrick HVAC to schedule an appointment to troubleshoot and service the unit. I spoke with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and upfront about the price to come out and troubleshoot the unit. They where able to offer me a same day appointment. I received a text message with the appointment window. Jerry from Kendrick arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He troubleshot the unit and found the problem. He was quickly able to replace the faulty parts and get the unit up and running. My family is very grateful for the responsiveness and fairness this company has offered. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for a great experience!!!

Our AC went out last night and unfortunately we had to take off for vacation early the next day while leaving our dog with a dogsitter at the house. We must have called like 8 different places that either weren’t willing or available to send somebody the same day or I chose to disconnect the phone call after what felt like cross examination by the scheduling person that for sure was a third party agency, without being able to learn simply if they can come out of not. Painfully frustrating few phone calls. Exactly opposite experience with Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning. Very personable gentleman, either the owner or an awesome employee, answered the phone and within the next 30 seconds I was able learn about their availability, cost and schedule the diagnostic trip and service later the same day. Completely different ~ A++ fantastic experience! Our AC was fixed and running by early afternoon and at a very competitive cost. Plus I was able to do everything over the phone or online, including reviewing the invoice and making the payment. Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning is saved in my Phonebook and I am definitely calling them again next time when needed! Save yourself the precious time and frustration and call these guys instead. Two thumbs up!

We had Kendrick replace our very old HVAC system with a mini-split system, and they did a great job. They were very easy to work with, and always professional and competent in their work. They helped us design the system that fit our house for a good price, did what they said they'd do, and honored the schedule they promised. They got the necessary permits, and helped arrange for the county inspector to come out for the final check. We also appreciated their ability to get a longer warranty than usual. In summary, I would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work!

Mike came out and thoroughly checked our system which was not working properly. We had recently had a new A/C installed by another company and we’re not happy with them. They came out three times and could never get the new system working to cool off the upstairs. They couldn’t fix it or offer other options.
Mike came out and showed us the problems and offered suggestions and options to get our A/C up and running to get our A/C to run properly.
Great service and we are waiting to get an estimate.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Jordan contacted me right away and we set an appointment time with a possible earlier drop by which worked out since it was very hot and the AC was not cooling. Jerry stopped by the next day and recommended a thorough cleaning and recharge which worked as expected. Very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and also discussed possible replacement of an old unit, but no pressure.

I can't say enough good things about this company! No one is happy when their HVAC breaks down... but at least with Kendrick, I felt like I was being treated fairly and not being pressured into unnecessary equipment or services. Jordan came out, assessed the situation, and offered us a range of options to resolve the issue. We were able to review the quotes online, select which option we wanted, and schedule service. Service was quick and professional, and they explained the permitting process that would follow. We got quotes from another company - Kendrick's prices were the same or better and the professionalism and service was far superior. I highly recommend them!
