We had a wonderful experience with Kendrick Heating and A/C. A-1 service! Jordan and Jerry are absolutely professional, knowledgeable, timely....and made me feel comfortable. They also are reasonably priced. They replaced the A/C power box as we noticed a slight internal meltdown. They have earned my “return to” business. Thank you Jerry and Jordan!

I appreciate honesty and not overselling which is very difficult to find in the Heating & A/C trade. I have met many A/C contractors but none like the folks at Kendrick Heating & Air. Jordan was refreshingly honest and helpful when my parents A/C stopped working. They never took advantage of the situation, were on time and straight forward with affordable options. Even though they were working on a limited budget, Kendrick still provided quality work. If I ever need such service again, Kendrick Heating & Air will be my first and only call I make. Jordan @ Kendrick Heating & Air came out to just to add some freon to my unit. Another company had just serviced it the week prior, but was charging way too much. Jordan complemented the prior company, but didn't like the read-outs he was getting so started opening everything up. Went above and beyond, and provided really good feed back and suggestions. Was here 2 hours on a Friday evening and my AC unit immediately started coming the house 50% quicker. My go to HVAC company!

This was a maintenance visit. As always Mike was on time, friendly, professional and answered my barrage of questions.

I was in shock when called Kendrick Heating &AC and Jordan answered my call for help on Thanksgiving morning and then almost needed CPR when he said would come and fix our furnace. We had just moved To our new home and the furnace did not work. After spending one cold night bundled up we were contemplating having to go to a motel to stay warm. Jordan came the morning of Thanksgiving and spent time to diagnose the problem and fixed our furnace . He spent time letting us know what caused the problem and make sure we keep up with maintenance.

The cost was under $200 - the furnace is working perfectly. We so appreciate the service that Jordan provided on Thanksgiving and will definitely use Kendrick Heating and AC in the future.

I called Kendrick heating and air since my AC unit upstairs stopped working in 103 degree weather. It was miserable to sleep even one night without AC. Jordan was able to come out an hour after I called, even with a busy schedule during peak time, and fixed my unit on the spot. They are the best! In the middle of summer on a week in the 100’s they were able to squeeze me in knowing I had no air, I was worried I would need a whole new unit but it was a burnt part and thankfully they keep them in stock in their trucks. All the technicians are kind, knowledgeable and attentive to detail. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The guys at Kendrick Heating & AC are top notch. I don’t write a lot of reviews but feel that these guys deserve the positive PR. I bought a new home with various HVAC zones and needed to get assurances that everything is working efficiently in light of the extreme swings in temperature and the future PGE price hikes.

The guys at Kendrick were thorough, professional, polite and trustworthy. Their review of my system and recommendations were easy to understand and not stressful. Further, they don’t sell you added services or recommend upgrades if it is not 100% necessary.
