Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning

Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning has been to service my units several times. They have been very professional, helpful, on time and give me quick response and quick service. My particular units are difficult, but Kendrick has been cometant and skilled at repairing them. They are also helpful in that they explain the problems to me so I understand what is happening. They also thoroughly test the units before leaving the job site to make sure they are in fact working properly. Furthermore, Kendrick explains if they see any future potential problems with the units and what I can expect in dealing with those problems. This is excellent and professional value-added communication that helps me avoid unnecessary surprises.

Jordan was fantastic. Assessed the job quickly and presented me with my options with a clear explanation of cost and benefits that fit my needs. Really appreciate the straightforward approach and gave you no doubt that he knew what he was talking about. Love these small family businesses like Kendrick for the passion they bring, and the desire to really provide the customer with value. Even had a great conversation post job work!

Our AC went out around 6pm on an evening where it was 100 degrees. The following day, we notified our home warranty company who put us in touch with another local vendor whom we contacted. Their first available appointment was 5 days later, all of which were forecast to be around 100 degrees.

Not wanting to wait, we called a few places with no luck. My wife happened to see a Nextdoor post about AC issues and saw that Kendrick had some positive comments. I called and Jordan Kendrick answered, long story short, he was able to come out in the afternoon and quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable price.

We then discussed replacement of our HVAC system as it is almost 25 years old. Jordan is very knowledgeable and down to earth without any high pressure tactics. The company values integrity and responsibility. We have not received the quote for new system yet, but we highly recommend Jordan and his company. Great job!

We contacted Kendrick after our AC stopped working - just in time for the heat wave. They responded right away and scheduled us within a couple days. They were very thorough in their diagnostics, and didn't rush through anything. Jerry and Chris were wonderful, honest, and professional. They came across an unforeseen issue and stayed much longer than they anticipated. They did not charge us for that visit because the AC was not fixed. Additional parts had to be ordered, which came just in time for another heat wave. They actually came at 5:30pm on a weekday to get the job done since the weather was only going to get hotter. That was a very pleasant surprise! They stayed until 9:30pm and finished the job and our AC works better than before. We are so very grateful for their prompt response, diligent work, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

We had an urgent need to have someone come out! The air stopped working on Sunday night on the hottest weekend yet. We have renters who have a newborn and we needed the air working ASAP Monday morning. Their team was responsive and were able to move things around! It was very appreciated and there was no “additional” charges to make it happen!

Honest, responsive visit to fix my air conditioner. It's the middle of summer and one of my air conditioner units is on the fritz, so I call around to get someone out to fix it. Of course the 'big guys' can fit me in, but my past experience tells me they will find all kinds of reasons to charge an arm and a leg. The smaller, local shops can't fit me in for a week or more...
A quick google search shows Kendrick Heating and Air is a local, family-owned business right in my town, and they have excellent reviews. The owner (Jerry) is able to come out the same day. He is very personable, and gets right to business, thoroughly checking out the problem with the AC unit. Within an hour or so I am back in business. His charge to fix the problem was very reasonable.
I am extremely impressed with this company. I think I have found my new heating and air contractor! Nice work, Kendrick!!

From start to finish, i only have good things to say about Jordan and the Kendrick family. We recently decided that our 19 year old A/C system needed to be replaced and heard about this company through a friend. Jordan was very knowledgeable and honest from the beginning. It's rare to have a sense of trust with someone you've just met, but that's what happened here. They offered a great system at a great price and had the system installed pretty quickly. They did a very clean installation and cleaned up after themselves well. You can tell they really took pride in their work. Really excited to start using the system and enjoying the benefits!
