Kendrick Heating & Air Conditioning

I had Jordan and his team perform an upgrade of my 28 year old gas furnace to a modern Heat Pump HVAC setup and I couldn't be happier! Jordan took the time to explain everything about my current system and what work they would be performing to upgrade it. The work was done in a single day and was very professionally done. They even were able to enlarge my return duct instead of cutting a second duct into the floor which was awesome!

The system has been running great throughout this cold February, and the heat is so much more gentle than with the gas unit! The cost savings in heating bills is also a huge difference! So much cheaper with the heat pump

Jordan has installed the system yet. Having gotten several bids theirs was not the least expensive but I felt safe letting them do the project. I know they will take care of any issue that may come up. I will post again after installation.

Jordan and the team are awesome. He was very thorough guiding us through the design and selection of new HVAC system and ducting in our new-to-us house. They also installed a multi-head mini split in our garage with ADUs. They completed the jobs in a very timely and professional manner. He responded immediately to all my questions and requests. Heater stopped working early in the morning. I called and the company had a tech at my home quickly. They checked everything out and did some cleaning. Heater worked great afterward. Office is also very easy to work with and kept me up to date.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, competitive pricing. Had 7 other companies give me a quote for a new HVAC system. Chose this company as they, specifically Jordan, maintained a professional relationship and didn't try to bad mouth other companies or brands. He just focused on my needs and how to get the best results from a well designed system. Jury is still out on how well the system will work, but we slept well the first night the heater was on. Even and consistent Temps throughout the house. 👍👍

Update: 1/31/23

Fujitsu heat pump working great. External Temps getting down to 30deg F at night, and it still heats to 69F just fine. The compressor on the heat pump makes a far amount of vibrations. We moved our unit to the side yard opposite our bedroom before we knew that and I'm glad we did. Doesn't bother us at night, but it is noticeable. Saved about $200 this past bill by using the heat pump. Added $50 dollars to our usual electric bill, but the gas bill was about $250 less than last year when we were using a conventional single stage heater. Hope this helps. Oh, and since the heat pump is variable speed, it blows air at lower speeds and for longer periods of time. It makes the system more energy efficient, but I wake up super dry as air is constantly blowing. Food for thought.
