Jordan and Michael are amazing! We used the technician recommended by the warranty company at first, what a waste of time and joke! Jordan and Michael will fix your problem, be honest, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

It's always great to find a go-to contractor where you live. I picked Kendrick HVAC out of the blue and I'm 100% happy with all aspects of the service they provided. They were prompt (within a few hours of the call) and Jerry worked fast and quickly diagnosed the problems all the while explaining the system and educating me as he worked. He showed up promptly the next day with the parts he had to obtain and finished it all up. I had a secondary problem with a heat pump and he worked with me to get that going as well. I'd braced myself for a BIG bill and it was way more than reasonable for all the time he put into it. 5 stars for sure!

Update 1/2022: Used them again and had tech Mike show up. He was on time, professional, and worked quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Once again, highly recommend them.

Mike was very friendly and personable. Answered all my questions and took care of the heater maintenance. I like the pictures he took to document what was done during the maintenance.

There is never a good time for a flat tire or dead battery nor is having my heating system stop working with unbelievable cold weather and monumental rain upon us. Not a problem for Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning, Jordan came to my place on Thursday 12/9, evaluated my system and situation, discussed it in detail with me, offered several options and suggestions and finally an estimate for the entire system that was very competitive, I gratefully accepted his proposal. Jordan advised he would check inventory of required equipment and get back to me, less than hour Jordan called to advise his crew would be here Monday, 12/13, I was most elated. Monday 12/13 the Kendrick Crew arrived early and immediately placed drop cloths on ALL surfaces they would be using, within a few minutes my home looked like a beehive of activity as the Kendrick Crew proceeded to remove the entire old and obsolete system and installed the system, they rerouted the massive air and vent lines to improve the air flow. Now, for the best part, all this work was completed in ONE day. Those gentlemen worked the entire day without taking a break, that is what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. I am pleased to be a Kendrick Heating and Air Conditioning customer and would highly recommend them to any prospective customer. A tip of my hat to the entire Kendrick organization. Thank you.

We called Kendrick during peak heat with an AC problem that another company said couldn’t be fixed (but for just $17,000...). Jordan Kendrick (the son in a father-son company) was at our house early the next morning. He identified the problem and got the system partially running while ordering parts. The next day he was back at 7am and finished the repair.

Both father (on phone) and son were courteous; knowledgeable about our older specialty system; and responsive. Worked to meet our needs without pressure or upselling, let us know all options. Jordan quickly got our system back on line and was completely clean while working in house, attic, and yard.

He observed social distancing, always wore a mask, and disinfected all surfaces in his working areas.

We could not be more pleased, and we’ve opened an annual service contract with Kendrick.

This season we used Kendrick twice for major repairs on our old system that is slowly breaking down with age (we will replace the system as part of a major renovation next year, so we're just trying to limp along until then). In both services, he responded to my calls the same day, and was able to come out to assess the problem within 36 hours both times, including in peak summer. He understood our need to triage at this time without over-investing. Jordan once again was able to procure hard-to-obtain parts at reasonable cost and install them as soon as they arrived. Importantly, he and his team did all of this to keep the system running at an extremely fair price.

We can't wait to have Kendrick design and install our new system next year.
