The owner is a cool guy! I just made a delivery there and he did what no other reciever has ever done and just wanna say more recievers should be like him! He is a very nice guy!

I have been working on a fire-rebuilt for the past year and was lucky enough to select Valley Duct Testing for my energy compliance requirements. I cannot overemphasize how impressed I have been with this company and with John Flores the owner. They have been remarkably efficient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire rebuild.
I have met very few businesses in my 50 plus years that have exceeded my expectations by such a large margin. I honestly do not know how they do it, but they treat you as if you are the only client they have. Truly remarkable company with amazing management and talented workers.

Both Roger and John were very courteous and professional! They provided excellent impartial suggestions once the testing was completed! The three HVAC companies that quoted me were obviously trying to sell me more than I needed. I am now very confident about what needs to be done! The testing that was done on our house was very thorough. It was done quickly by a well trained professional. This person used his experiences to recommend some of the fixes that were needed to come into compliance. The alternatives that he suggested minimized the time and cost to meet the codes and qualify for the incentives.

My technician Darryl, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He resolved a few issues quickly and effectively and I received my report in a quick and timely fashion. I would gladly recommend the services of this company in the future.
