Troy Schneider, CalCERTS Certified Hers Rater, tested my newly installed HVAC system on Saturday, December 17, 2016. He found a leak in the duct system. Through his extensive testing and collaboration with Ray O.Cook installer William Daffern, the leak was found to be an unattached duct more likely detached since the home was built in 2004. I found Troy to be professional, efficient and courteous. He did a great job and I'm very appreciative that my new HVAC system is operating as it should.
