Valley Duct Testing's visiting technician, Tavares, was very friendly and courteous; a real delight to have on site. Our home was in the midst of renovation the day he arrived, with other workers busy with their own projects in and about our house. Although he might easily have melded in amongst the others and accomplished his testing, Tavares conscientiously sought me out as the property owner in order to announce himself. He explained his purpose, and patiently described the process by which he would accomplish his testing, answering my questions in terms easily understood. Upon completion he again reported to me, providing the results of his tests.

It should be noted that Valley Duct Testing was selected not by myself, but rather my HVAC vendor, to perform state-required independent third-party tests. Their performance is commendable.
