Valley Duct Testing

I had a new HVAC unit installed in my house today. The installers asked John to come out and inspect the efficiency of my duct system. Happily it was in good condition! John was very pleasant but at the same time thorough and professional. I will definitely call on him for any future duct issues and recommend him to my friends.

Chooses to not wear masks while indoors. When I saw two of them inside my family member's home I asked them if they needed a mask and if I could go find one for them. They rolled their eyes at me. One of them put a mask on while the other deliberately didn't. I told them that my father is high risk and they need to wear a mask when inside with them. Wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic shouldn't even be optional for a business such as this. They are coming in closed doors with customers. Regardless of how my patrons feel about masks, it should be a BASIC company policy. My parents clearly weren't worried about it, which is unfortunate. However, I'm their family and I expressed that I care because I'm worried about their health. I was met with passive aggressive eye rolls and the disrespect of one completely disregarding my request. They not only put themselves and my parents at risk but they are now putting future customers at risk because they can now carry a potential virus to their next house they visit. If you care about your health or the health of those you love I would suggest looking to a different company to conduct business with.

I was impressed by the type of testing performed by Valley Duct Testing.Troy Schneider tested the return air capacity, the refrigerant level and air leakage throughout the duct work. Being the second owner of the home, I was always in doubt of the HVAC's integrity. Darryl did fine job but he needs to learn some manners. A private home is not a construction site and he needs to respect the owners private property. He entered our home without knocking first. My wife and I were shocked to hear him announce his arrival on the inside of our home instead of at the outside of the door.

Tester was very professional and got right to the testing with our HVAC vendor. Inspection took about 90 minutes and write-up and explanation another 30 minutes. He explained all aspects of the inspection process in terms this layman could understand.
