I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mosburg! The office staff that I spoke with (Tiffany & Kim) were so helpful finding a time that worked for us. The weather was was unpredictable but I got frequent updates as to when they would be there. Great, friendly communication. Then there’s Remington. Such a knowledgeable friendly guy. He took the time to explain what was going on & gave me suggestions to improve how we used our system. Super personable and respectful. I HIGHLY recommend this family run business!! I do not normally post reviews. However, Mosburg HVAC was highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the office staff I talked to making the appointment to Remington's servicing our A/C unit. This is the kind of local family business you want to support. Straightforward, knowledgeable, patient and responsive to all my questions, I was very impressed and happy with the entire process. We have done business with Mosburg for years. They are family owned and local. They installed our upstairs air conditioning unit two years ago and have performed annual service on both of our units. You couldn't ask for a better company. They communicate well, they show up when they say they will, their prices are great and they get the job done. Of note: this company does not try to sell/upgrade unnecessary equipment, rather work w customers in extending maintaining current HVAC.

Mosburg Heating and Air has saved my life this summer! My AC quit on me this past week. Tiffany helped me make an appointment and had my AC up and running in no time. Truly a wonderful person and a joy to talk to. All of her employees wore masks and were very respectful of my personal space and belongings. Thank you Tiffany!

The service tech, Remington is the most honest tech I’ve seen. He did not take advantage of me. He said that the AC is in good condition and just need cleaning. The other 3 companies I called earlier said that it was broken and needed replacement. $10,500.00,$12,275.00,$15,071.00 respectively. Those were the estimates. What a blessing that I called Mosburg Company.
