Had a shower valve burst in my condo, with flooding between the walls of my unit. The team of Ray, Michael, and Lawrence came out and were professional and efficient. Michael E. worked late into one of the hottest nights of the season, in order to make our lives comfortable again. He went out of his way as a consummate professional, with his knowledge, skill, expertise and 5 star customer service, and it was greatly appreciated. He's probably the best technician I have ever hired. Crystal Blue's entire staff is also praiseworthy, as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional as well, and we couldn't be happier with their service. **Updated 3/16/2021** Drew did a wonderful job installing our new gable & whole house fan. We noticed we had a slight burning smell when running the heater... we thought it was just some dust but glad we were persistant. He found some old insulation in a cap that was catching on fire from a previous company - he fixed it correctly and I am so thankful for his expertise. We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs!

Installed the gas line that ran for my propane to my new range. Overall good quality products above-average customer service I'll use them again.

Update 3 months later: just had them installed a new hose bib on my upper deck. A little pricey but great quality an excellent customer service. Will continue to use them.

So impressed with the service I received from Cody Simpson. Not only was he on time or early to all appointments the communication advising when he was going to be there was very helpful. He came out Tuesday and I already have my new water heater 2 days later. He was very personable and took the time to explain all my options. Left no mess behind (very much appreciated) Did I mention they provide a 2 year warranty AMAZING!

My AC wasn’t working and I originally went through my home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. The company they sent out told me I had a seized compressor and that I would need to replace that and should probably replace the entire AC system and furnace for the small price of $14-16k. This didn’t seem right to me so spoke to a few friends and was referred to Crystal Blue to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did and their tech Brad came out and came up with a completely different diagnosis. The repair was $260 and my AC was running within about an hour after the tech arrived. I was so impressed with the honesty and knowledge of the tech I signed up for a yearly maintenance service with Crystal Blue on the spot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anybody.

I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I’ve used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.

Cody was very friendly and courteous and on time. We appreciated him calling and texting in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He installed our new Delta kitchen faucet very quickly and showed us how to operate it. Cody cleaned up the area before he left. This is the second time we have used Crystal Blue Plumbing. Cody did such a great job repairing our master bathroom faucets we decided to have him come back to install our new kitchen faucet. We would definitely use them again!

Signed up for a membership with this business last year when I needed drainage work done in my backyard. This membership got me a better price on that work and also inspection of air conditioner and many other perks. My older unit checked out ok but needed Freon. Brad added today and I will say it’s a pleasure to do business with this company. They are efficient, honest and fair. The employees from appointment setting to install are all happy and professional and do the work they said they would do, in a efficient and courteous manner. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They recently repaired two main water service lines, for two adjoining properties, that had been damaged by the roots of a 70 foot Redwood Tree. This involved 97 feet of trench across lawns with tons of tree roots.

Work was done in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price and the site was left as found. Neat and clean.
