Hired Brower to remove an old system and install a new one. The project had its fair share of issues encountered along the way, making this far from a simple and quick project. The process could have been much more stressful than it was.

Despite setbacks, I was glad to have hired Brower for this monstrosity. Issues were tackled and fixed professionally. I knew at the end of the day, they'd get the project done and to my satisfaction. And they did.

The entire Brower team, as well as their subcontractors, performed extremely high quality work. Corners were never cut, and change orders were handled without question [besides spec clarification] and integrated exactly to my expectations.

Communication is extremely responsive, both over email and phone.

Despite being a decently sized company, it still feels very small and very personable.

I'll continue to use them for further maintenance and will be the first company contacted for future projects.

Jason came out and assessed the job, checked operation of my furnace and gave me a quote to install 3rd party UV light and electrostatic filter. He came back 3 days later and did the install. Jason was professional, friendly, he understood my system and components being added easily, and did very clean and fast work.

So I made a last minute decision to stop by their showroom before I signed a contract with another company to put solar on my roof. MAN AM I GLAD I DID. Hands down, they were WAY more knowledgeable than the other 3 companies combined, AND came up with a creative solution to upgrade my system for the same price as the next closest competitor. Rich and Adam were great to help me with this. On top of that, when Jake and Sean began install, I was impressed with their professionalism and how considerate they were. The end product looks amazing too. I'm very impressed with their work and this company as a whole.
