My career as an engineer has allowed me to appreciate the details in my work and the work of others. The crew I had were very professional, polite and efficient in all the work they did. I had a new HVAC install plus R44 insulation. Their work was flawless in every way and I was very impressed with the professional installation. I just compared my heater usage from last year and it has gone down by 50%!

Rip off.Technician wrote up over $2,000 of suggested repairs for parts that cost $140, retail cost, and less than an hour to install. I understand mark up and having to cover overhead costs but this is robbery. Look at your invoice and use Google. You will be shocked! Find an honest company; they do exist.

BROWER installed a new system in our previous home and now services our heating / cooling system in our new home. We appreciate the professionalism, expertise, punctuality and cleanliness ALL of the technicians have demonstrated. Even more important, the focus on meeting our needs, not up selling things we don’t want or need.

Great company with highly competent people. Highly recommended to do the job right the first time out, doing the proper diagnostic testing before replacing parts and not "guessing" at what is wrong like so many other companies that charge you for their incompetence.

Be more transparent with the repair quotes. Breakdown of cost of parts and labor helps customers better under what they are paying for. Instead, you quoted me $635.00 flat rate for repairing a 3 year old LG mini split AC "Blower assembly and bearing", which cost of parts is less than $150.00.

I participated in the SMUD home performance rebate program. The team did a great job working on my attic. They were punctual and upfront about everything they were doing! Easy going and professional. I recommend!

I called Brower Mechanical on a Sunday afternoon when my AC died right in the middle of the heatwave we were having. The guy came out the next day. Explained everything well. And had pictures to show me of what he found. Fixed the parts and cleaned my unit up. Purring like a kitten and I will definitely recommend theses guys and will be calling again if anything else crops up. Thank you!

I asked them to look at my HVAC system as the air was not working. They do charge for the service .
The tech was on time, courteous, took pictures of my unit (it is on the roof) and gave me reasons why he felt I would need a new unit. Another appointment is set in order to get a full quote on a unit - that service is no charge.

The tech showed up on time and performed all the necessary work in a complete and timely manner. He took the time to explain everything and did not try to oversell any future service although he did explain what was available. Highly recommended.

On short notice Bower Mechanical came to the rescue of my 92 year old mother-in-law. On a hot day over 100 degrees my A/C quit. It was mid afternoon when I called for service. A technician was here before dark to diagnose and repair the Aqua Chill air conditioner. The required replacement parts were carried on the service truck and repairs were complete in short order. Many thanks for the fast response and sparing my mother-in-law unbearable and dangerous exposure to high temperatures. Much obliged!
