Brower Mechanical is very easy to work with, from the office to the field mechanics. The field guys know their job. I was in the residential trades all my life and feel I can spot the pros. These guys are that.

They do good work but they are also expensive. I would call their service worth the price you pay. If you communicate with them clearly about what you want from them they have the expertise to accomplish your wants.

Requested emergency visit as heat was out at my elderly parents home. Brower technician came out and diagnosed thermostat needed replacement. Price sheet listed part price of $218 however I later discovered that the thermostat that was installed cost $100 retail. If Brower elects to stand by their price list, they should at least carry parts comparable to the high price they charge.

Trouble shooting ability excellent. Kept me informed on costs as went thru the detective work/repair. Very good technical knowledge. Couldn't have asked for better service.
