Generator maintenance. Only 3 years late. I was told my generac would be serviced after 25 hours run time. Well had more than 50. I called, texted and e-mailed many times about when the general service would be done per contract. 3 years later I finally got someone. Technician was great but warranty/service not so great. Not if I had to ask the company to come out and do what they said they would do per contract.

I was having a noise problem with my ductless split-system air conditioner and Brower was able to come in and fix the problem quickly. While they were waiting for the circuit boards to fix the noise problem, my downstairs air conditioner suddenly stopped working. Brower came out and fixed both air conditioners on the same day. I was impressed with the quality of their work, timeliness of the service and professionalism of Brower staff. I highly recommend them.

Service man on time, very pleasant , installed broken part and he gave me a clue when he said “Brower Mechanical charges $350 for this capacitor “. The total bill minus a senior discount came to $441. Turns out you can buy a capacitor for $20 to $70. I agreed to pay $92 home service fee for coming out and even with an 15 minute installation fee for the part the total cost of call should have been $200+\-
It left me with a poor impression of Brower Mechanical even with the serviceman doing a good job

Extremely satisfied with the services they perform ... our technician was Steve P who was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and arrived on time for both appointments. He also took the time to explain (in layman’s terms) all the repairs and adjustments required. Thanks

Sonny diagnosed and fixed our HVAC issue today. The fuse was blown from installing a new smart thermostat. Sonny was very professional and helpful, and we also appreciated that he wore booties and face mask. We will definitely return to Brower based on this experience with Sonny. He is an asset to the Brower team and we hope his management sees this review!

Such a great company to work with! In the midst of a heat wave I was able to get a next day appointment. Our tech Daniel was so nice and came right on time! He was able to fix our AC on the spot. Highly recommend this company.

John was very professional and appeared to do a thorough job. Even though our system is old, he didn't try to sell me on unneeded repairs and the price for the service held as promised. John offered a maintenance plan in the end but was respectful when I declined. I enjoyed the experience.

Professional, courteous - couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! Great attention to detail and knowledge about SMUD requirements made our decision easy to make. I called Brower to schedule a real estate inspection. The gal on the phone was very professional and gave me many options for appointments. The tech Ryan called 1/2 hour before his scheduled appointment. He was on time. Ryan was very professional and very knowledgeable of my system. He answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I would recommend and use Brower again in the future.
