The installers have been courteous, professional and knowledgable. They went above and beyond to explain the process and even had no problem going the extra mile satisfying my requests. Being a licensed Contractor myself it was a pleasure having Brower install my new Furnace and AC unit.

Kevin called me prior to arriving. When he arrived, he was cordial, knowledgeable, patient and truly customer service oriented. He walked me through the repairs and advised me on how to maintain going forward. I appreciate his guidance and expertise. I am very satisfied with this experience, and would definitely call Brower for future needs.

I called on a Monday morning (100 + degrees) with my home air-conditioning not blowing cool air. I was told by an incredible nice lady that they would be able to get someone out that day but they have to give me a window from noon to 6 pm. Received a call just before 2 pm that the technician would be at the house in 20 minutes. in less than 20 minutes he was at my house. With a couple of questions he said he would check out the unit (on the roof I might add) and give me a diagnosis. Within 10 minutes, he has found the problem. A failed part which he had on the truck. He said he would have it cooling in 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, I had cool air! Basically in less that a half hour, everything was back to normal. Satisfaction guaranteed - NO KIDDING!!! THANK YOU!

Last November after getting multiple bids we hired Brower to replace our heater and A/C, new attic insulation and new ducts, a new pool pump, windows and solar. I realized this last week when they called to do our complimentary heater tuneup that I hadn’t posted a review for their work performed last year. Not only were they very competitive in their price we were within the deadline to receive large rebates from PG&E. The crew sent out for each phrase was professional, courteous and a delight to be around which is great because it all took about 2 weeks. I’ve recommended Brower to friends for repairs and especially for solar or new HVAC. Wonderful company with exceptional employees from the sales department to demolition to installation. Can’t say enough, 10 stars!!!

The service person was on-time, courteous and professional. We've been more than satisfied with Brower ever we had our house checked and retrofitted to conserve energy and improve the air in our house. Thanks a lot, it was well worth it.

Their technicians have been neat, clean and efficient when they installed our HVAC system as well as the follow up service calls. Very glad we chose them to do the work. They were also very competitive for the work done.

A/C went out during 104 degree weather. Called in the morning and had a technician out by 1pm. Went through everthing with us and had us up and running. Very thankful for the prompt attention.
