The response to our first call with Saddleback, the actual work, the service man, were all excellent. I would like to have received an itemised invoice with labor, parts separated. I estimated he was here doing the work necessary to clear a block in the toilet and replace a drain in the kitchen took about 2 hours. The invoice was a flat total amount of $432.00 with a veterans $20.00 discount. Although I did not voice my opinion, i feel this was quite high for the small amount of work done. That is why I requested by email what are the labor rates. Thanks Jim

Our ac died during a heat wave (didn't even everyone's?). We have used Saddleback for years and working with them is always a pleasure.

James came to our house and assessed our issue. I appreciated that he asked many questions about how our old system worked so that he could make appropriate recommendations for our home. He prepared a bid for us very quickly so that we were able to schedule the installation. Even though it was peak season, our new ac was installed just 1 week after the old one quit!

When Mike & Shawn arrived to install, it was clear that they had spoken with James and already were up to speed on the specifics of the job. It was really nice not to have to repeat any of the information I had shared with James!

The team was great. Polite and very conscientious and they cleaned up everything. You would never had known a major project took place that day.

The post install inspection was a breeze because the guys did a great job. Thank you!

Appreciate the prompt response to our service call request for a leak in our attic. Memo is an excellent plumber and we appreciate that he provided our service today. Needed a faucet cartridge repair. Saddleback was prompt. The technicians are clean and efficient and on time. A week later, I thought there was a similar problem on another faucet. Again they were very prompt, efficient, etc. It turned out, I did not need the repair, and, to my astonishment and delight, they did not charge for the check-up. I will use them again and recommend them.

I have utilized Saddleback Plumbing before and expected excellent performance. Once again I received that. From the lady receptionist, the coordinator, who kept me informed on the time the technician would be available, to the technician, (Memo). who after a few words with me went to work and repaired my sink and toilet. He kept me informed on his estimated work and with changes the price changes. He completed his work quickly and solved all the problems. I will use Saddleback Plumbing again.

Had new washer and dryer installed. The old faucet handle would not close, and they came out quick to remove and replace. They credited the initial service fee toward the repair. Fair and honest.

He worked on ways to efficiently and economically address the problems but it ultimately led to the installation of a new unit.
