We have used Saddleback Plumbing for over 20 years. All plumbers are very competent, friendly, they keep place they working clean and protect floors. They always arrive on scheduled time.

Used Saddleback for several years. They suggested Anode Rod cleaning in the water heater. Young guy showed up, spend 10+ minutes explaining it could go wrong. Proceeded. After he finished the job, we had very low water pressure in the kitchen. He came back and explained it was not his doing, as he did not do anything in the kitchen.

We hired another plumber to fix it. The new plumber explained in some detail that this kind of issue arises when the water heater is not properly flushed (including flushing too close to the bottom) after work is done. When the water is released debris will go into the system, sometimes affecting all of the water points (bath, kitchen, etc). Proper flushing can prevent this, and leaving a nearby bathtub wide open when releasing the water will reduce the amount of remedial work needed from improper flushing. He added, that in his experience doing this type of work on the anode rod has not been shown to increase water heater life in the first place.

Needless to say, we are finished with Saddleback Plumbing.

Mike helped us before and after new bathroom countertops were installed. Plumbing had to be disconnected, then reinstalled, He put in two new faucets and repaired old leaky plumbing in one bathroom. His workmanship was excellent and he was very careful to clean up well, was personable and respectful of our property. We will be happy to have him come back for any of our plumbing needs.

We have been depending on Saddleback Plumbing for over 20 yrs. There are two primary reasons for this. First, they are 100% professional -- they do the job right the 1st time, they thoroughly clean up after themselves, and they don't rip us off. Secondly, every worker they have ever sent to our house has been a nice guy. They do good work, they are pleasant to interact with. I don't think you can ask for more than that.

You want HOW MUCH to diagnose the problem, and that ISNT deducted from the THOUSANDS of dollars worth of work you recommend? That's called a "grift".

No. No I didn't book a call with you. I called to shop pricing as I have already paid for someone to diagnose the problem. I explained the problem to you and asked you to give me a ballpark idea of what something like that costs with your company...again I was shopping the price, and that was explained to you. You refused to discuss any pricing with me until I paid for a service call, and you told me that $89 wouldn't go towards any work I hired you to do...again, after I told you that I already paid to diagnose the problem and was simply shopping prices.

Your $89 charge is a grift in this situation. It is an attempt to nickle and dime the customer.

You can't come on this review and act as if I slighted you, because I never booked your company to do anything for me. I thanked your phone attendant, and told her we wouldn't be interested in paying your grift just to hear your pricing.

My review is an honest account of my experience with your company.

We have been dealing with Home Depot's local installers for over 6-weeks. Each of their four visits ended in an excuse why they could not install the dishwasher due to policy or not being prepared with the right items. Each time required us to wait for another opening in their schedule.

Having had another excellent experience with Saddleback Plumbing (install sink faucets), I reached out to see if they would do all that was necessary to install our new dishwasher. They indicated they would and apologized when the earliest they could come was a couple of days later. After waiting for 9-16 days at a time for each unsuccessful visit by Home Depot installers, waiting a couple of days was a pleasant surprise.

They showed up on time, installed the dishwasher and charged us less than $100 more than Home Depot was going to charge us. Had I known it would have been this easy, I would have planned on using Saddleback from the beginning. They are professional, have what is needed to complete the work in the first visit, and provide their services at a good value.

I am happy to offer a positive recommendation.

I am very satisfied with the job Tech Chrisc performed on fixing and repairing my bathroom toilet tank. He replaced whatever parts are necessary including tank bolts that was broken off that caused the leak under the tank. My bathroom toilet tank was rebuild. Tech Chrisc was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. I would recommend this particular company to anybody anytime. They do a very thorough job for sure.

It was a toss up between two highly recommended plumbers. We ultimately picked the other plumber who was half the price of what Saddleback charged for maintenace on our tankless water heater.

I would highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing. Specifically, I had a sump pump die unexpectedly and the basin filled up with water.
Saddleback was very responsive, quickly calling me back, and scheduling an appointment for the next day. Luckily, later that day, a separate appointment was cancelled so they called back and actually came out the same day to provide a free estimate.
Memo was extremely helpful in thoroughly explaining the issue and recommended solution. I consider myself handy for basic plumping needs (toilet replacement, facet, etc...) but am not completely familiar with sump pumps. Memo educated me on the proposed solution and specifically the need for my house. There was no sales pressure at all and they were able to expedite delivery to install a new pump within 2 days of providing the free estimate.
Memo was very professional, on time, completely cleaned up area, and you can trust the high level of work. He thoroughly tested the new sump pump with me there so I was aware of how it worked as well as back up alarm system. I highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing.

Saddleback Plumbing replaced our water softener and repaired an old shower and tub faucet. Victor M. was our plumber and he did a great job. He quickly resolved unexpected issues and was diligent in seeing to the last details. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of Victor and Saddleback Plumbing's work. I might add that we are repeat customers and have called this company first for our plumbing needs for over 25 years now.
