We have used Saddleback Plumbing for a number of years. Their technicians are always very professional, friendly and respectful. Saddleback also did a complete repipe of our house. We have always had great service. We would never use anyone else.

The technician helped me to resolved our clogged toilet and bathtub in a timely manner. He checked pipes thoroughly and cleaned up after the fix. The technician/office was also mindful to notify me regarding the arrival time prior to arrival. Great experience and will recommend to anyone has clogged toilet!

I'm so glad we found Saddleback Plumbing, Heating, & Air to replace our old A/C unit. My mom has used them to install a unit at her house and has been extremely happy with their work. The staff was always courteous and pleasant to interact with. They kept the front door closed for the safety of my pets. They answered all of my questions, were very knowledgeable, and checked with an electrician before grounding the compressor. I also like the quality of the product. The Lennox unit is quiet and efficient. I would highly recommend them for an A/C and furnace replacement!

We had one plumber come, who fixed most everything; however, one sink was still loose. When we called back to let them know, they sent a different plumber promptly, without any new charges, and fixed our sink! We are very thankful for their service.

Memo arrived well within our appointment window. He was clean, neat, and extremely courteous. He explained all my options and quoted me a reasonable price. The toilet installation was done within 90 minutes and he left the powder room in immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend.

My kitchen sink would not drain very well. I assumed I just needed to have the drain cleared out. Unfortunately the problem was more serious since I had 30+ year old cast iron fittings in the wall due to it being a firewall. They were totally blocked up and had to be replaced. James, the plumber from Saddleback Plumbing, tried to clear the drains but it was impossible. He was great about explaining the steps he was doing and why the solution was to replace the fittings. He did the replacement as soon as possible and per code. Hopefully the new parts will last another 30 years!
