My water pressure was way too high so I called to have the pressure relief valve replaced. Got an immediate appointment for the following day. they called back and offered to do the job later the same day and it was done in no time. Their plumber was fast, professional and courteous. I have used Saddleback many times over the years ... always great service.

Our tankless water heater went out this weekend and our plumber retired. I didn't know where to turn and a friend recommended Saddleback Plumbing. I cannot thank her enough.

Mike was here to diagnose the problem and Rudy came to do the installation of our new water heater. Both of them were professional, thorough, and caring. They did not try to upsell us on the newest model, the replacement recommendation determined what best suited our needs. Excellent communication from the beginning to the very end, even during non business hours. They really care about their customers. Saddleback Plumbing is now our go to plumber!

After getting frustrated with my last plumber for his lack of communication and multiple rescheduled appointments, I called Saddleback Plumbing and they were at my house within an hour. We've had some plumbing issues repaired prior to moving into a new home. Vinnie was very good at calling and explaining what repairs needed to be made, what the cost would be and how soon the work could be done. If there were any changes, he called and informed me immediately as to what those changes were. He was prompt in showing up for the repairs and was thorough in completing them. I would recommend him with no hesitation.

Used Saddleback twice now... both for emergency water leaks. They were able to show up on the same and promptly fix the leak. Great service and pricing is very reasonable. Highly recomend.

I was very pleased with Saddleback Plumbing. I had a backed up drain, called them, and Scott came right on time. He cleaned out the main drain and was done in about 30 minutes. Very professional, friendly, reasonably priced. I will recommend to family and friends.

I have used Saddleback Plumbing and have always been satisfied. Lately Memo came out and quickly repaired a leak above the kitchen. I had him come out later to replace the valve assembly for a batchtub.

Very fast service, reliable. Tech was out to my house at the time promised. Terry the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, gave me all the options available. Work was clean. Hard to find a reliable plumbing service these days, but Saddleback Plumbing has left me very satisfied.
