Saddleback Plumbing Heating & Air

On Monday we had sagging paint on the wall and knew we had a leak. Saddleback Plumbing couldn't come until Tuesday so we risked it and put down towels and waited. Memo came on time and within minutes got our approval to contact a remediation company to cut the drywall and test for asbestos. While we were waiting for them to arrive, we asked him to fix some valve issues which he did. He also pointed out some issues that we could fix with our faucets if we contacted the manufacturer. When the remediation company arrived and cut the drywall, Memo quickly found and fixed the leak. A few days later when the remediation company thought they found a leak in his valve repair, Memo returned quickly, and everyone agreed that the repair was fine. We would definitely use Saddleback Plumbing again. Their electronic billing was very clear and easy to use.

The plumber was professional, on time, and took care of my clogged drain. He also showed me how to keep a toilet from running all day. I'll go back to Saddleback for all my plumbing needs!

Saddleback Plumbing would come for a furnace issue, change filter, when others would not do so even when I had been that company's customer. So will consider Saddleback for more furnace and A/C

The young man was professional, he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Worked diligently. I was very pleased with my plumbing tragedy outcome.

I had him come out to check a noisy air conditioning unit. He was very professional, informative and polite. He explained everything in terms that I could comprehend. I was very impressed with him and know why I chose Saddleback Plumbing.

Go elsewhere if you expect to pay for service that will fix your plumbing issues. Paid $185 and got nothing for it. 2 weeks after their service, we were back to square one and our kitchen sink was backing up again. We called them to let them know and ask if they can come back and fix it. They got defensive and refused to honor their service.

UPDATE: We heard back from the owner who apologized for how his employee treated us over the phone and refunded the full amount. Thank you, Jared.

I was very pleased by the service call by Wyatt to tune up my air conditioning system. He was very courteous, informative and honest. Yes, I would recommend Saddleback Plumbing Heating to all my friends.

This company needs to keep their appointments . I took off work earlier because I had an appointment between 1pm -5pm ,they called me at 4:30pm saying that can’t make it because there on another job and wanted reschedule.. i Waited all afternoon I rescheduled for Saturday and the tech actually showed up and nothing was wrong with my A/C I would not recommend this company .Service is everything including keeping appointments.

Technician arrived on time. Introduced himself and set to work. He confirmed my diagnosis and reviewed the replacement faucet I had purchased. He did try to upsell me on garbage disposal replacement and water shutoff valve replacement, but not a hard sell. He ended up just replacing the faucet as I had requested. He knew his plumbing steps. He did a good job and explained the features of my new electronic faucet and battery replacement. He cleaned up and left everything in order. The faucet is working well and no more drip!
