Was able to fit me in on the day I called which was a blessing. They said they would call if a time opened up and they did. I have used Saddleback plumbing for years. The most reliable service I have ever used.

John was great and professional. Our issue was tough to diagnose but John stayed a while doing everything possible to figure it out. I used other plumbing companies before that seem like they are just trying to sell you things you dont need. Saddleback is top notch by over explaining and being ultra transparent. Saddleback was a pleasure to work with and now will be our go to plumbing company.

Timely and high quality service. Ryan H asked some really great questions to define my plumbing problems. He then executed a high quality, great value set of repairs. Last, he thoroughly confirmed the fixes before he left. I am a very loyal Saddleback customer and will remain so.

The plumber who came out to my house was AWESOME. He was extremely knowledgable and spent a lot of time with me looking at everything before he started the work. I learned a lot from him about how to keep things maintained better and he explained the pricing structure in detail before starting the work. He was early for the appointment but waited outside, extremely professional, wore his own booties to come inside and kept me posted throughout of his progress, what he was going to do next, etc. I would definitely recommend Saddleback Plumbing and will use them again! My tenants were having problems with fixtures in both bathrooms. Scott was able to diagnose and refurbish them good as new for very reasonable price which I approved before he did the work. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend!

Chris is expert in finding plumbing leaks. Once he finds it, he is very knowledgeable in his ability to understand the cause of the leak. Then, he explains what he is going to do before he repairs it. He is also amazingly agiile to reach into difficult places to replace a cracked sewer pipe in the ceiling. He tested the repair and explained what he did. There were no surprises and the price was very reasonable. Respecrtful of one's property, he left the area clean and was also careful to protect the area with clean plastic sheeting before he started. Very professional! Has 18 years of experience and it shows!

We purchased HVAC, water heater 3 yrs ago, and most recently plumbing replacements on a 20 yr old house. From calling to make appointments for service or repairs, the entire staff of employees are friendly & professional offering honest & consistent service. Ask for Chris for plumbing services or repairs, you won’t be disappointed!

Shower repair completed in 30 minutes. One line invoice with no detail on service call charge, repair, other etc. Invoice seemed high; however, hard to understand to consider company for next service.

All of the above. I care for my husband with health issues. When our water heater went out, Saddleback Plumbing sent someone right out. They replaced the old unit in one day, and were respectful in every way. I appreciated the fact that they were aware of social distancing given the situation we are all facing. They are the best, and I will always be a customer!

We had such an awesome experience woth Chris and with Saddleback plumbing. One of our faucet handles had broken off. We were afraid that we were going to need a new faucet and incur significant expenses. Chris came and told us we needed to get new parts. He told us that they could order the parts, but that we could likely get them for free under Pfister's warranty plan. He instructed us how to go about doing this. He was right and this obviously saved us a lot of money.

After we received our parts, Chris came back and installed them. He charged us an extremely reasonable price and our faucet works like a new faucet! Chris is honest, polite, and very good at his job. We will definitely be using Saddleback Plumbing for any future issues that arise.
