Amazing service! Chad Perez from Mission Viejo Heating and air is simply the best. My AC went off suddenly and I thought it could have been the fuse. Chad was on time and very professional and helped answer any question I have. He also went the extra mile(s) to make sure I had AC before 4th of July. I cannot not thank you enough Chad for helping me during this time! My kids also thank you!! Amazing amazing service! Would recommend to everyone!!

They were very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. They communicated really well. We knew when they were on their way, who would be showing up, and we received all our paperwork, permits, and rebate forms before we even requested them. They took the time to answer all our questions and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our new system. Their pricing was competitive, everyone was polite and friendly and never pushy. We had new heat pumps installed and highly recommended them!

Tony responded immediately to my phone call request. When Chad came out to provide A/C maintenance, he was extremely thorough, and payed careful attention to all the details of my A/C System. In addition, Chad was excellent at educating me about all the important helpful details, and was very patient in answering my many specific questions about my A/C System. The service tech, Martin took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional. He pointed out how I could better maintain my A/C system. He also discussed preventive maintenance items to consider for the next system inspection. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would recommend Mission Viejo Heating & Air.

Tried to have my air conditioner fixed by another company and they told me it needed to be replaced. Call Mission Viejo air. Their technician came out, fixed it within a half an hour. All it was was a faulty wire.

The three man crew showed up on time in uniform, and were extremely polite. They explained the process before they started. When they were finished they walked me through everything that had been done and how to use each component. The work was exemplary! I am thoroughly impressed with Mission Viejo air conditioning and heating. It’s so nice to have things go right and installers that know exactly what they’re doing! Can’t imagine anyone doing a better job.

These guys were great. Very professional and on time. Martin did a good job at explaining what he was doing and how he was going to troubleshoot the issue. He was in and out in less than 30 mins.

Amazing with a great price! We had them do a total HVAC replacement including zoning and reducting. We could not be happier. Our technician Brad was very professional, friendly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner. By having him look at it and diagnose for us, it actually saved us money because we were assuming the motor had gone bad. Brad told us it needed a new capacitor, which we had him install. I highly recommend this company, especially Brad because he is so knowledgable and professional.

They came out to replace all my old ducting in a house I recently purchased. John Polli did an amazing job walking me through the work they planned to do and got us scheduled very quickly.
