Following our comprehensive replacement of all HVAC components in Oct 2021 and addition of the new Evolution system (including new ducting on our 37 year old home), post installation adjustments and product replacements were required to better balance our system performance and to meet performance promises. The team of members have all been professional and very interested in my complete satisfaction with all aspects of their work. Some areas of system operation remained problematic through March 2023; I believe these are manufacturer (BRYANT) design and manufacturing failures and not that of the install and maintenance group. We remain hopeful, with Mission Viejo Air at our side, that all issues with the 935CA furnace have been effectively addressed with major unit replacements, subsequent parts replacements, and system tuning adjustments.

We replaced our 23 + year old air conditioners with new A/C's supplied by Mission Viejo Air, they also provided new Eccobee thermostats. The installation technicians were very professional and very knowledgeable. They took perfect care of our home and were very respectful. My husband and I both deal in commercial construction, so we have experience working with contractors. My husband and I both agree we would recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air to all our friends and family. I can't express how terrific they were to deal with. And the bonus is, I don't feel cheated in any way with their pricing and service. I called a couple of their competitors for pricing. One competitor wouldn't even come out to survey my old AC's without trying to charge me a maintenance fee. I give Mission Viejo 5 stars. I also used them to perform some service work on my old A/C's and their service was equally good.

Quoting Process - From the beginning, Brad, was very professional and thorough with the first site visit to our house. He was not trying to oversell, but truly listening to our needs. Our existing system was original and starting to need a lot of maintenance. We opted to replace it with a new system. We also looked at the situation of the ducts that run through the attic and decided to upgrade those too to allow for better air flow distribution in our rooms upstairs. Brad did mention that the existing ducting would had to be replaced by an abatement team as it was originally installed at a time where ducts still had some asbestos in them. He mentioned that the process was not difficult, but did require a special crew to deal with it.

Quote - literally a day after the site visit I received a detailed quote with three options that we had discussed. Each option was clearly broken down with all the equipment and models detailed and broken down by options. The pricing for each was shown including some installation options. As a potential customer, I appreciate this level of transparency! All the forms were provided online and allowed for a great experience .

Installation - During the day of the install there was a crew of over 10 people buzzing around. The first crew arrived early to clear the old duct from the attic. They completely laid down protective material from the attic access in one of the rooms all the way to the outside. They removed and sealed all the old ducting, and were done with their part very early. At the same time other crew members were removing the old A/C compressor outside as well as the heater and A/C unit in the garage and replacing them with the new unit. They also installed new disconnects in the location and ensure the new installation was up to code. The A/C compressor outside was also relocated slightly to allow for better ventilation as the original unit was a bit too close to a wall affecting its air flow. We also opted for a higher end Ecobee thermostat which is fully programmable and there is an app for it which allows you to control the home settings from anywhere.
By 3pm the team started testing. The ensured that the system was charged to the manufacturers recommendations. We did heat tests and cooling tests and measure the temperatures and air flows at all the grills. No issues found at all. It went extremely smooth.

Payment - I was able to pay electronically right at the spot. I immediately received confirmation in my email account... Super simple

Warranty - a day later, I received the Manufacturer warranty registration in my email.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air did great, clean and on time work on the installation of our new air conditioner.

Brent and team were on time and did a great job replacing/installing new ac condenser, furnace, and coil (took about 5 hours with a 3 man team). Very thorough in testing post installation and explaining everything. Great team! Definitely recommend the company.

Very prompt and respectful. I had a problem with setting my thermostat and they were able to set it and show me how to use it in a matter of minutes. At no charge. Such kindness is rare these days. I will absolutely call them for any needed services in the future. I would recommend calling them if you have heating and air needs.

Since it is a 4 hour window, I was pleased when I received two texts. One to say he was coming and one to say he was here. Chad the technician, was pleasant and very clear in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Before he left he made sure I understood. The fee was in line with technical services. Very happy, and would call them again.

Great price and great service. The team was in time, friendly and professional. I was able to get a great deal on my central system. Would definitely recommend to other and will come back for other HVAC work in the future.
Edit: My condensate was not draining and causing my system to shut off. They came back a few times to clear my condensate lines and eventually ended up installing a condensate pump free of charge. System seems to be running fine now.
Edit: My furnace went off and the team came, ordered the replacement part and was able to fix the issue quickly. They are always very polite and professional.
