Iman, Leo, Anthony and PJ were all great from start to finish. Got a new AC and furnace. Price was great. Customer service was excellent and would definitely recommend them.

This business provides great quick customer service. Our technician, Chad, arrived on time, was prepared, professional, and was quick to get the job done. He checked to make sure everything was working properly and optimally. He also provided helpful recommendations on how to optimize heating, cooling, and air pressure around the house, and even how to utilize our fans and systems properly. He even inspected and took pictures of areas in the attic and was able to let us know that we had a rodent problem that we were unaware of. Great honest and helpful service, would definitely call on them again!

Mission Viejo Heating and Air was fantastic! The tech was on time and set up my nest thermostat no problem. I didn’t have Wi-Fi set up in my house yet so I was a little bit worried that it wasn’t going to connect properly but he said we were able to set it up without Wi-Fi connection. I’m so happy I contacted them and I will use this company again in the future! Also, they texted me when they were on the way to my house so I could be aware. Excellent communication skills.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air is professional and responsive. One day we turned on the system and it smelt like rancid fish and socks. They came out next day, repaired a clogged drain pan and things have been functioning properly since, no stinky smells. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend.
