John Polli came out for us to give us an estimate and we were sold as he is honest, gave us helpful suggestions, and most of all very professional/knowledgable. We really appreciated their clear and prompt communication, everyone was very pleasant, and always on time. Most of all dismantle/installation of HVAC and furnace was done efficiently with the most professional crew.

They replied quickly to my Yelp request and came the very next day to diagnose. Then the following day they performed the repair quickly and were on-time both days. Very happy with their service!

Our entire AC needed to be replaced in the peak of summer. Mission Viejo Heating and Air came in for a bid the day after I called, and we had set up an installation within the next week. The installation took a day. When we noticed an unusual noise after a few days, they sent someone out promptly and it was resolved quickly.

I felt like I was back in time when companies cared to be on time, professional, and honest. He found no issue with my AC during maintenance. Wow!!!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air completely. The repair technician came out to review, stated there was a leak and needed to come back days later to perform a leak detection. The leak detection was not performed, as the technician removed components such as the capacitor to test. After initial tests, the technician rewired the AC unit, which would no longer turn on, and concluded the AC unit would need to be replaced

I brought a second contractor that found the wiring done by Mission Viejo Heating and Air was put back incorrectly, rewired it correctly and got the AC unit working and blowing cold air in under 1 hour.

Either this was done maliciously to get us to shell out 9k unnecessarily for a new AC unit, or it was a show of incompetence. Either way, I highly recommend not using this company.
